We are looking for a Lead Counsel, (Associate General Counsel, Trading) to help build out and manage new trading products and services for our institutional clients in the U.S. and globally. This person will advise and support the digital asset brokerage lines of business, from our agency and proprietary OTC desks to our Registered Investment Advisor business and more. They will be a true business partner, helping to identify and solve problems and design new products and processes to best serve our clients. They will also interface frequently with our wide range of institutional clients and counterparties, gaining exposure to both the traditional financial and crypto-native ecosystem. We are seeking an attorney to help advise the Anchor Labs family of businesses on new and existing products and services. Through legal research, keeping abreast of regulatory and policy developments, regulatory analysis and interpretation, and assisting with licensing applications, you will use your background in financial regulatory law and passion for the digital assets industry to help us better serve our institutional clients and advance the industry.
As Regulatory Counsel, you will be an integral member of the legal team, providing strategic, actionable advice to the business lines to develop and launch new products, services, and features across the organization. You will identify relevant laws and regulations, advise on regulatory risk, in the areas of banking and financial services laws, securities laws, and nascent regulatory issues related to digital assets.
