Account Manager - VIP/Institutional Clients @ Binance
- Primary point of contact for a number of institutional/VIP clients.
- Expanding the relationships with existing customers by sustained communication, understanding of their needs.
- Identify growth opportunities for clients and help to acquire resources to help realise the opportunities.
- Help clients to navigate Binance’s product offering, VIP structure, and key updates and changes on the Binance platform. Provide support for client’s VIP upgrade and other product configurations.

Senior Product Manager - Compliance Operation Solution @ Binance
- Partner with engineering and business stakeholders to define the product strategy and plan for the compliance restriction related product solution.
- Work with stakeholders across various BU teams and local compliance teams to conduct regulatory requirement grooming, identify pain points, understand priorities and translate into product requirements.
- Produce product requirement documents (PRD) including wireframe, user stories, detailed restriction logics and tracking metrics that inform the success of product design.
- Partner with the engineering team to communicate product design and acceptance criteria. Facilitate acceptance testing with various business stakeholders. Deliver compelling solutions and ensure compliance restriction solution can be launched correctly and on schedule.
- Analyze product metrics and define solutions to continuously improve the product. Provide timly and quaility product support to edge case analysis and investigation.
- 5+ years of product management experience; understanding of regulatory compliance processes, or compliance back office operations preferred.
- Experience in business operating platforms or organization internal systems.
- Solid knowledge about product development life cycle and experience involved at various stages including requirement review, UI/UX design, test case review, production support.
- Excellent communication, analytical, logical thinking, problem-solving, and writing skills.
- Result-driven. Strong ability in analyzing data to derive insights and make decisions.
- Good time management and coordination skills to manage multiple projects and keep them on schedule.
- Adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable to work in a fast-paced remote working environment.

Legal Counsel & Company Secretary @ Binance
- Entity incorporation for international jurisdictions.
- Entity maintenance: work closely with cross functional teams, e.g. finance, tax and HR to support the business.
- Work alongside in-house lawyers on share transfers and capital injection projects.
- Draft board documentation, e.g. board minutes, resolutions, POAs.
- Coordinate and prepare for board meetings, committee meetings and general meetings, annual reports, interim reports, circulars and announcements.
- Assist with filing of annual reports and other statutory filing based on the filing timelines and the local requirements of each jurisdiction.
- Budget forecast and cost control on external company secretarial/ law firm spends.
- Assist with execution and filing of documentation, including corporate documents and contracts.
- Assist with any ad hoc tasks assigned to him/her.
- At least 5-10 years of working experience in handling company secretary tasks.
- Experience in handling board changes for the related group companies.
- Experience in drafting board minutes, resolutions, capital injections, etc.
- A degree or formal education in economics, finance, law, management.
- Prior work experience in a fast-paced tech environment.

Client Service Specialist - Trading Support (Chinese speaking) @ Binance
- Serve as the point of contact supporting our highest value customers and institutions on Binance’s various products
- Provide dedicated and prompt support to our institutional and VIP customers via different communication channels
- Provide sufficient guidance and support to VIP customers on integrating and using Binance’s system including the use of API
- Being the first line support for all account and system related issues
- Serve as the representative of VIP customers to internal teams including account, finance, risk and products
- Collect customer feedback and manage projects to realise the product change requirements
- Provide system and product updates to customers to ensure they are aware of all the major changes in time
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in financial services, technology and/or customer support
- Experience in real time client facing supporting functions, preferably with high priority clients
- Understanding of trading platforms or exchange, e.g. knowledge of trading orders
- Understanding of the use of API in communicating with a trading platform
- Hands-on experience in API trading is a strong plus
- Understanding of cryptocurrency basics, e.g. the meaning of blockchain transactions, is a strong plus
- Knowledge of derivative and other trading products is a strong plus, e.g. knowledge of futures
- Outstanding problem solving capabilities including solving issues under high pressure
- Excellent communication skills to be able to facilitate cross departmental communication
- Able to participate in an on-call rotation, as required by the business

- At least 4-7 years working experience in sales and client services functionwith international financial background in banking, investments, etc
- Client portfolio including institutional clients, HNW individuals, private bank customers with brokers, futures institutions or commercial banks, etc
- Strong communication, ability to be flexible in a variety of situations, excellent relationship maintenance and sales skills, able to work under pressure
- Passionate about crypto. Industry experience would be of an advantage
- Fluent English and Ukrainian are a must
