Member of Global Markets, OTC Trader @ Anchorage
- Deep crypto market knowledge and passion for the space.
- Provide quotes to and execute trades with OTC counterparties.

- Communicate effectively cross-functionally with our global 24/7 team.
- Act as a mentor for more junior members of the team, ensuring they achieve expertise across processes and empowering them to identify and implement enhancements to the trading desk.
- 1+ years experience as an OTC trader in the cryptocurrency space.
- Demonstrated ability to convert institutional prospects into trading clients.
- You’re proud of your crypto Twitter feed and ability to uncover narratives driving crypto markets and specific coins.
- You enjoy using memes as a method of communication.
- You were emotionally moved by the soundtrack to Hamilton, which chronicles the founding of a new financial system. :)

Anchorage Digital’s trading desk is rapidly growing and seeking an OTC Trader to cover the desk and drive new business. As an OTC Trader, you will work closely with experienced traders and quantitative researchers to manage the OTC portfolio. You will utilize sound risk management and research to identify trading opportunities and execute hedging trading strategies.
