Manager, Partnership Due Diligence and Oversight @ Crypto
- Act a the Compliance single point of contact for existing and potential partners, including banks, payment processors, and vendors
- Learn and maintain expert level knowledge of the Crypto.com products and systems, their use by customers, and the process required to get from concept to implementation
- Manage ongoing inquiries, testing, and audits carried out by partners
- Ensure compliance due diligence is carried out and completed in accordance with Policy
- Serve as a thought leader on the ever-changing compliance tools and partnerships landscape, focusing on key market trends that create unique opportunities for Crypto.com
- Identify and track key regulatory, market and competitor trends that would warrant an adjustment or recalibration of partnership/vendor strategy
- Work with senior management to prioritize and execute partner/vendor integrations, upgrades and similar projects
- Implement and maintain vendor SLAs, as well as monitor performance and quality KPIs
- Stakeholder management - produce partner/vendor statistics and reports for senior management and partners
- 5+ years of experience with AML/CTF/sanctions compliance partners and vendors
- Experience in business development and relationship management with US and Canadian banks, payment processors and other regulated institutions
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory, risk, governance and infrastructure challenges with regards to digital assets, banking, payments, custody and onboarding of digital asset FIs and VASPs
- Strong communicator and internal relationship builder, collaborating cross functionally
- Able to challenge and influence stakeholders to ensure decisions are well thought out and can be executed from an operations perspective
- Comfortable with change, ambiguity, conflict, and dealing with multiple senior stakeholders
- Experience having pushed a vendor/partner relationship through all levels from concept to implementation within a financial institution (FinTech, Bank, Crypto, etc.)
- Experience with multiple AML compliance tools and vendors
- Drive results through leadership, people, communication and influence
- Experience having worked with product and tech teams on tool implementations
- Highly organized, and process / people orientated
- The ability to travel up to 10%;

Senior Analyst, Compliance @ Crypto
- Support audits and reviews of our AML Compliance program
- Engage with internal stakeholders and support resolution
- Assist in the development and management of project plans for regulatory remediation efforts, including scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables
- Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to facilitate remediation efforts and communicate progress
- Prepare materials for working groups and committees, project dashboards, presentations, etc.
- Address issues and escalations from external compliance personnel
- Ensure clear and concise customer communication during the RFI process
- Identify procedural opportunities and help drive process improvements
- Perform ad-hoc special projects as required
- 3+ years of experience in financial services industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail

Financial Crimes Data Analyst @ Crypto
- You will aggregate, analyze, and visualize customer, product, and transaction data to identify trends and evaluate changes of customer, product, and transactional risk exposure;
- You will develop MIS reports for Senior Management and regulatory reporting. You will also lead initiatives to leverage technology to gain efficiencies in the Foris Capital compliance program;
- You will conduct AML investigations and prepare Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) for filing;
- You will investigate Surveillance issues according to firm guidelines;
- As part of the Compliance team, you will support risk assessments, and regular testing to assess the effectiveness of the firm’s policies and associated controls;
- You will collaborate across the legal, compliance and other corporate functions to assist in the development and rollout of leading compliance related technologies, controls, and processes;
- You will develop knowledge of new analytical techniques and data sources that provide ongoing risk mitigation;
- You will support the development of AML monitoring scenarios and model validation.
- Minimum 2 years of Financial Crimes or investigative experience;
- Ability to develop work product independently and in a fluid environment with shifting priorities;
- Strong experience with Oracle (PL/SQL) or Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL);
- Experience with analytics tools such as R, Python or Alteryx;
- Experience with reporting tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Excel;
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, unquestionable character, integrity and professionalism.

Financial Crimes Manager @ Crypto
- You will develop a leading broker dealer AML program to monitor transactions and customer activities for signs of money laundering, fraudulent activity, and file suspicious activity reports (SARs);
- You will create policies and procedures and workflow tools to enhance the monitoring, detection, reporting and prevention of money laundering activity. You will design and build monitoring scenarios and support model validation programs;
- Acting as an AMLCO, you will monitor industry trends and ensure compliance with all relevant BSA/AML and securities laws, including guidance and red flags issued by FINRA, SEC, and FinCEN;
- You will develop and maintain policies and procedures regarding the Firm's AML, SARs, and KYC programs, and Senior Management reporting;
- As part of the Compliance team, you will support risk assessments and regular testing to access the effectiveness of the firm’s policies and associated controls;
- You will collaborate across the legal, compliance and other corporate functions to assist in the development and rollout of leading compliance related technologies, controls, and processes;
- You will engage in a variety of firmwide compliance issues and interact with Senior Legal and Compliance professionals and regulators;
- You will engage in industry wide issues and assist in developing firm responses to new rules, AML training and other initiatives.
- Minimum 5 years at a Financial Service firm, or regulator;
- Series 7 required. Series 24, 57 a plus;
