BitGo is seeking aTreasury Operations Specialistto join our growing Trust Operations team. In this role, you will provide operational support and customer service for banking transactions, ensuring the efficient opening and closing of accounts, accurate processing of transactions, and overall administration of accounts under our custody. You will work with internal and external teams to resolve account-related issues and continuously improve operational systems.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide operational and customer support for banking transactions, ensuring smooth processing.
• Open and close accounts within our trust accounting system.
• Perform daily processing of transactions, including data input and system updates.
• Assist in system testing and contribute to process enhancements.
• Manage the administration and operational support of all accounts under BitGo’s custody.
• Respond to both internal and external inquiries with timely and accurate information.
• Act as a proactive problem-solver, troubleshooting account-related questions and issues.
• Work closely with the Trust Operations team and support cross-functional initiatives as needed.
• Take on additional responsibilities as required by Trust Management.

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in banking or trust operations, preferably with a background in digital asset management.
• Bachelor's degree required; preferably in Business, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong understanding of banking or trust operations, financial systems, and transaction processing.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to handle complex data and transactions.
• Ability to think critically and troubleshoot issues in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

BitGo/BitGo Trust Company is currently looking to hire a Trust Officer to work out of Sioux Falls, SD. This role will report into the Director of Trust Administration

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the oversight of all accounts under administration.
• Provide high-quality customer service by owning, monitoring, and improving customer service, handling customer inquiries, managing client communications throughout the entire customer relationship experience.
• Involvement in new account acceptance, account opening procedures, distributions, and closing account procedures.
• Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements related to Trust administration.
• Perform thorough annual and periodic reviews of trust accounts to ensure ongoing compliance, accuracy, and client satisfaction.
• Maintain proficient knowledge of trust rules and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer onboarding and account administration.
• Develop and maintain expertise in the products and services offered to clients.

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree and an advanced degree or certification
• 6 years of customer relationship service and 3 years of experience working at a trust company
• Highly effective verbal and written communications
• Strong customer service skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Highly organized with work tools like emails, spreadsheets, databases
• Extremely high sense of urgency when servicing external and internal clients
• Analytical skills, positive attitude, listening and problem-solving skills

We are hiring a team of Trust Operation Specialists who will work on-site for BitGo Trust Company in Sioux Falls, SD. These roles will be part of a team working weekend shifts that will provide operational coverage through the night/early morning for BitGo Trust Company. This individual will be responsible for performing high volume, complex, confidential trust operational activities, in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for customer support for banking transactions
• Opening and closing accounts on the trust accounting system
• Daily processing of transactions and data input
• Perform system testing and enhancements
• Responsible for administration and operational support of all accounts under administration
• Provide timely and accurate responses to both internal & external requests for information

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of operations experience preferred OR a Bachelor's Degree/Advanced Degree with an interest in working within Financial Services/Cryptocurrency
• Highly effective verbal and written communication
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Highly organized with work tools like emails, spreadsheets, databases
• Extremely high sense of urgency when servicing external and internal clients
• Analytical skills, positive attitude, active listening and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to constant improvement

• A team player with strong judgment and decision making skills
• Must be based in Sioux Falls, SD

The Operations Controller will be responsible for overseeing and managing the regulatory reporting for the company. This key role will ensure accurate and timely reporting to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and support for strategic business decision-making. The Operations Controller will work closely with senior management to drive compliance reporting maintain robust financial controls and contribute to the overall operational efficiency of the organization. This role will require being full-time onsite at our Sioux Falls office to support collaborative team dynamics and innovative problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to Department of Financial Services (“DFS”), New York, ensuring compliance with the regulatory requirements.
• Proof of Reserve Audit for New York Trust/Stablecoin project on a regular basis.
• Coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports of BitGo South Dakota Trust Company to Division of banking.
• Lead initiatives to enhance reporting processes, including the implementation of new tools and systems where appropriate.
• Document policies and processes of BitGo New York Trust Company and BitGo South Dakota Trust Company.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align financial strategies with organizational goals.
• Foster a collaborative team environment to enhance productivity and career growth.
• Monitor operational performance and ensure risks are identified and managed effectively through KPI reporting.

Qualifications:

• • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years in a leadership or controller role within the financial services industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or CPA designation is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial reporting standards.
  • Experience with financial systems, reporting tools, and ERP software (e.g., NetSuite).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Leadership abilities and experience managing teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in financial services (banking, asset management, insurance, or investment management).
• Familiarity with automation tools or financial technology solutions.
• Knowledge of international financial regulations and multi-currency environments.
