Senior Operations (Futures) @ Coins
- Design and develop robust, high-performance systems for futures order management, trade execution, risk management, and settlement

Senior Compliance Associate @ Wintermute-trading
- Support the Head of Compliance within the compliance function, including day to day responsibilities and project management activities;
- Assist with development, maintenance and delivery of compliance related materials, including policies and procedures, manuals and training materials against regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Review and approve marketing materials, ensuring it complies with applicable financial promotion rules.
- Preparing and maintaining compliance files, reports and records.
- Support compliance and regulatory projects, including authorisations, transaction monitoring and surveillance.
- Provide advice and guidance to business and support functions on matters relating to conduct and all compliance areas.
- Investigating and analyzing automated transaction monitoring alerts.
- Involvement in regulatory horizon scanning, including interpreting the regulation, scoping and analysis, and implementing new regulation changes.
- Reviewing new publications from regulators.
- At least 6+ years of compliance experience, preferably in a proprietary trading or crypto-native firm.
- Strong knowledge of relevant regulations.
- Experience in relation to proprietary trading, financial services and/or crypto.
- General knowledge of regulations in other jurisdictions, ideally Singapore and/or US
- Strong attention to detail and able to prioritize workload to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interest and curiosity in algorithmic trading and decentralized finance
- Owner mentality: you focus on protecting the company from compliance risk while being driven by the best for the company in terms of growth and commercial success

User Growth Operation Specialist (Convert) @ Binance
- Set User Growth Goals and Strategies- Establish clear user growth objectives aligned with the overall business strategy and KPIs. Develop and implement specific strategies to achieve these growth goals.
- Data Monitoring- Monitor growth data dashboards to track core business metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.Take proactive and reactive actions based on data insights to drive user growth.
- Marketing Collaboration - Work closely with the marketing and regional teams to design and launch marketing activities aimed at driving user growth.Coordinate and execute innovative marketing campaigns to attract and retain users.

- Strong understanding of products, business, and industry trends in the blockchain industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel for quick and simple analysis.
- Ability to work with data analysts for systematic and rigorous data analysis. Able to draw actionable conclusions from data to guide user growth strategies.

- Experience in content creation and event planning.
