Operations Associate - 4 month FTC @ Outlier Ventures
- Program Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the accelerator program, ensuring all activities run smoothly and efficiently.
- Logistics Coordination: Manage logistics related to program events, including scheduling, venue setup, and coordination with vendors and partners.

In line with our strategic focus on the Middle East, we are launching a new in-person accelerator program in Riyadh, and we are seeking an Operations Associate to join our team. This role is crucial to the smooth functioning of our accelerator program.
As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for assisting the Accelerator Lead in ensuring the seamless execution of our in-person accelerator program in Riyadh. This includes managing day-to-day operations, coordinating with startups and mentors, and handling logistical tasks to support the program’s success. You will work closely with the local team and report to the Accelerator Lead.

In light of the new strategic focus on the Middle East region, Outlier Ventures will be launching a new in-person accelerator in Riyadh and we are looking for a Program Associate.
This is a very exciting role that requires a mix of entrepreneurial mindset, operational & project management skills, knowledge of web3 and passion for supporting founders’ growth.
While the role is based in Riyadh, the Program Associate will work closely with the team on the ground as well as the rest of the global accelerator team and with all the Outlier Ventures web3 experts.
