Social Media Project Manager @ Binance
- Collaborate and coordinate with teams (PR/Comms, Product, Compliance, Charity, Academy etc.) to ensure all relevant stories and initiatives are covered on social media
- Assisting the team across platforms to think of creative ideas, both for general posts and campaigns

Member of Institutional Sales, Banking Solutions @ Anchorage
- As an Institutional Sales Representative, you will:
- Drive new business sales for Anchorage Digital’s full suite of products, in particular our banking solutions for crypto native firms such as protocols, VC’s and other buy side firms.
- Partner closely with Product to share client feedback and inform product roadmap.
- Originate and close a pipeline of opportunities across Anchorage Digital’s banking solutions (regulated and unregulated custody of digital assets and FIAT, staking, brokerage etc) and build meaningful long term relationships with our clients.
- Create a targeted strategy for your focus area, leveraging all of the internal resources available, from marketing, to business operations and client experience.
- Lead client or product specific campaigns or projects that will drive new business and enhance the Anchorage Digital offering.
- Collaborate across all departments, from legal to product, client experience, compliance etc. to effectively close deals and provide the best experience to our clients.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Anchorage Digital, participating in industry events, building a network of clients and industry peers.
- 5+ years of work experience in enterprise software or financial services sales, and a minimum of 2yr + of direct experience in the crypto industry.
- Strong technical knowledge and passion for blockchain and cryptocurrencies, including staking and governance.
- A strong network of institutional clients (all types) and peers active in digital assets and/or fintech.
- Enjoy working in a fast paced, start up environment.
- Excellent communication skills and sales acumen.

Binance Accelerator Program - Creative Program Executive @ Binance
- As part of the Creative team, work closely with the Creative Program Management Leads to help manage overall global creative requests
- Assist to manage and clarify with stakeholders regarding daily creative requests, updates and changes
- Review and ensure quality creative briefs with sufficient turnaround time respectively
- Coordinate and follow up with multiple stakeholders including internal design team and other Marketing team members to help manage timelines and expectations
- Collaborate closely with external creative agencies and production houses to ensure smooth creative process, creative work quality and delivery in a timely manner
- A clear communicator - ability to express complex ideas clearly and succinctly, while collaborating closely with teams outside of the Creative group
- Ability to manage requests and projects independently
- Experience with graphic design and/or video production softwares (i.e. Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma) is a plus

- Familiarity with project management tool such as Asana is a plus

- Community management: Solve problems & answer questions raised by community members, provide support and assistance on behalf and with support of the core team and angels
- Content Management: Support the review and publication of Binance content formats such as blog, academy, FAQs and announcements, localize content pieces and build landing pages for individualized local campaigns
- Marketing campaigns: Organize and support the implementation of marketing campaigns, such as token airdrops, AMA's and giveaways
- Influencer management: Help us build the KOL program and work closely with our partners
- Track results on user activation
- Help to increase Binance’s brand awareness in fun, creative and informative ways
- Currently enrolled into a University (Graduate or Postgraduate) program at a major University, preferable in Marketing/Communication

Customer Service Representative - P2P (EU) @ Binance
- As the frontlines of the P2P market, you and the team will arbitrate customer disputes professionally
- Investigate trading activity and take appropriate actions to keep the marketplace safe and prevent fraudulent activity
- Create a culture and processes which achieve the business goals and objectives with regards to the customer service
- Use Customer Insight and Root Cause Analytics to identify product improvements and present these to stakeholder and peers
- Act as the Voice of the Customer across the organization
- Identify and provide feedback through 1:1s, effective use of personal development plans and provision of coaching & development opportunities
- Make sure customer and complainant surveys are carried out continuously in order to produce timely, up to date information about customer experience across all areas of the business
- Ensure that learning from complaints is shared within the organization as well as with contractors, partners and if appropriate, publicized
