About Us

Founded in 2022, Nomad Capital is an operator fund that combines hands-on support with capital to help crypto projects grow and scale. Our approach leverages our deep expertise in both investing and building businesses to evaluate opportunities from a unique, comprehensive perspective.

Role

Nomad Capital is seeking an Investment Research Analyst Intern for our crypto fund to collaborate directly with world-class founders and to build meaningful projects. In this role, you’ll contribute by participating in venture building, assessing our investment pipeline, participating in investment committee meetings, and building strong connections with industry leaders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and publish industry research reports identifying trends, opportunities, and risks in specific sectors.
• Conduct technical diligence and quantitative data analysis to evaluate market opportunities, trends, products and competitive benchmarking.
• Draft research memos summarizing key findings, investment theses, and recommendations for the investment committee.
• Proactively source new market opportunities and qualify inbound leads by engaging with founders.
• Collaborate with the team to provide ongoing venture building and portfolio support.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the crypto industry.
• Technical background or experience in data analytics/programming, preferably experience in on-chain data analytics.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and crypto culture, with experience analyzing white papers or crypto projects with a technical angle.
• Analytical and strategic thinking applied to investment decisions and portfolio management.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent written and analytical skills for deal evaluation and internal reporting.
• Proven proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving.
