- Proven experience (3+ years) in business development or partnership roles, preferably within the crypto, AI, or blockchain industries.
- Strong understanding of blockchain protocols, on-chain analytics, DeFi and AI-powered crypto applications.
- Demonstrated track record of securing and managing high-value partnerships and deals.
- Exceptional networking skills with established contacts across the crypto and AI ecosystems.

Smart Contract Engineer @ Pond
- Design, develop, test, and deploy smart contracts on blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Base, or Solana.
- Collaborate with the development team to create and implement decentralized applications (DApps).
- Write high-quality, secure, and sustainable code for blockchain applications.
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Maintain and optimize existing blockchain applications and smart contracts.
- Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to define and achieve project goals.
- Stay updated with the latest blockchain technologies and cryptographic methods.
- Contribute to the architecture and design decisions for blockchain systems.

- Implement, and optimize user-centric interfaces for Genius’ cross-chain trading platform, focusing on seamless user experience and intuitive design. Builds must be pixel-perfect and 100% design accurate.
- Collaborate with backend and smart contract teams to integrate frontend components with Genius’ proprietary Synchronous Liquid Matching engine and liquidity management system
- Build modular, reusable, and performant components using Next JS and Tailwind (primary stack). Our current Native Apps are primarily hacking React Native’s webview. If you don’t have deep expertise with React Native, but are generally familiar, we encourage you to apply.
- Implement responsive designs that adapt to various devices and screen sizes
