Binance Accelerator Program (Community - MENA) @ Binance
- Assist in managing and engaging with the Binance MENA community across various platforms, including social media, forums, and other online communities.
- Help create and curate content for community posts and other communication channels.
- Assist in planning and executing community events, both virtual and in-person, including webinars, meetups, and other community events and workshops.
- Monitor community feedback and sentiment, and report insights to the Community Lead to help improve our products and services.
- Track and analyze community engagement metrics to measure the success of community initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- Support the management of the Binance Angels program and coordinate collaboration between Angels and the Binance team.
- Provide support to community members by answering questions, addressing concerns, and escalating issues as needed.
- Currently pursuing or graduated from Bachelors in Marketing or other relevant fields.
- Native-level fluency in English and Arabic.
- Native-level fluency in French is a plus.
- Fundamental understanding of the crypto market, on-going trends and Binance’s product suite.
- [Preferred] Plugged in to crypto twitter and communities (Telegram, Discord) - aware of current meta, key players, sentiments, trends, etcStrong writing and copywriting skills.
- Demonstrate a clear and concise style of communication.
- Experience in content creation and social media management (including for personal means).
- Experience in digital marketing or social media related roles for brands is a huge plus.

- Work in a global team to collaboratively design and develop a platform that provides world class KYC service that is compliant and able to provide best user experience and achieve best KYC conversion rate
- Create and review Product Requirements Document (PRD) for easy tracking within the project group
- Ensure the project is executed according to schedule to meet the deadlines
- Communicate with Engineers / Designers as well as internal stakeholders like Compliance and Risk to ensure the KYC flow offer the greatest value are prioritized

- 5-8 years of proven experience as a Product Manager from Fin-tech, Finance or Blockchain industry
- Candidates who has strong experience in KYC process is a huge advantage
- Experience in product lifecycle management, preferably in an agile framework
- Strong time-management and organizational skills with ability to objectively prioritize
- Logical thinker with ability to identify and articulate rationale, assumptions, and risks
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills

Deputy Regional Head of Compliance - APAC & MENA @ Binance
- Facilitate communication and coordination between central and local compliance teams, ensuring local teams are fully aware of central policies, procedures, history, and context.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all local compliance teams.
- Assist the central compliance team in assessing the quality of local performers and identifying areas for development, and providing support to enhance skills.
- Assist local CO/MLROs in proactively identifying potential control gaps with local requirements, implementing viable solutions in collaboration with local and central teams as needed.
- Track key local compliance incidents and issues, report them and coordinate with central compliance team to implement appropriate global controls in response to identified and foreseeable risks in all regulated markets.
- Proactively identify potential control gaps, provide leadership in resolving conflicts between local and central team policies, risk tolerance, or general approaches.
- At least 15 years directly related experience in a legal or compliance role with a substantial knowledge of relevant rules and regulations and the day-to-day compliance affairs.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in the cryptocurrency industry, with a solid understanding of crypto products and services.
- Deep knowledge in AML, Compliance, and Regulatory background, ideally in a position with regional coverage in regulated jurisdictions.
- Proven experience in dealing with regulators and auditors on AML audit and/or investigations.
- Strong project management and remediation experience.
- Exceptional ability to communicate with and develop strong relationships with colleagues in various roles, seniority levels, and cultural backgrounds.
- Strong conflict resolution skills with the ability to navigate through high pressure, high impact projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Complex problem solving skills.
- Proficiency in multi-tasking and leading multiple projects simultaneously.
