Customer Service Representative (English) @ Binance
- Handle back office tickets, and provide 7*24h online enquiry and email reply services to customers.
- Handle customer enquiries, advice and suggestions via email or online tools.
- Support other business units with customer liaison, accurately document customer requests and advice, and provide feedback in the form of documentation.
- Handle customer complaints, special cases or ad hoc tasks.
- Bachelor degree or above.
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in finance or E-commerce industry.
- High level of honesty and integrity. Proactive and meticulous.
- A sense of responsibility and team work spirit.
- Ability to work under pressure, strong communication skills and exceed beyond expectation.
- Passionate for the customer service industry and can work under different work shifts, including night shifts.
- Positive about the crypto industry.
- Personal or professional experience with cryptocurrency.
- Proficient in English language.

- Carry out KYC due diligence reviews in a timely manner to high quality standards
- Proficiency in compliance applications and programs such as World Check, POA, EDD, etc is preferred
- Good knowledge on provisions of local laws, directives, regulations and otherwise standards applicable to subject persons and knowledge of upcoming regulation of virtual currency policies is a strong plus
- Good proficiency in conducting risk assessments, periodic/trigger reviews, open source research and enhanced due diligence
- Establishing good relationships with various departments Compliance, Customer service, Operations
- Participate in internal and external training programs related to AML/CFT and other subjects that may form part of the day to day work requirements
- Any general administration and ancillary activities as may be required and related to the above functions in accordance with the business requirements of the Company
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Strong technical communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience and knowledge in Anti-Money Laundering regulations
- Knowledge of AML/CFT and sanctions red flags if preferred is preferred
- Experience in a risk, compliance, fraud, operation or regulatory functions is preferred
- Prior World Check or KYC operations experience is preferred
- Highly adaptable and have ability to multi-task and coordinate projects (if required)
- Effective and clear communicator
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required to effectively coordinate with partners and stakeholders
