Compliance Analyst - Oversight and Monitoring @ Binance
- Ensure adequacy and adherence to daily business controls to meet obligations, including regulatory, AML, reporting and compliance risk,
- Implement appropriate second line testing activities to verify compliance of processes and assess the robustness of systems,
- Perform product risk assessments, gauging potential risks and implementing necessary controls,
- Review Processes: Customer Risk Rating (CRR), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD),
- Refresh processes in line with Polish law requirements,
- Review the outsourcing framework and enhance the design of supervision of outsourced functions, including KYC/KYB/transaction monitoring,
- Ensure delivery of appropriate management information to corporate bodies and control functions, such as Internal Audit and Risk Management,
- Draft reports of policy and regulatory breaches, enhancing transparency and mitigation efforts; Maintain a solid reporting line into the local Compliance Officer,
- Enhance the current record-keeping system following Polish requirements, maintaining integrity and accuracy of data,
- Review the Transaction Monitoring system and propose amendments if needed, ensuring its efficiency and effectiveness.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Compliance functions and AML (audit or internal controls),
- Experience working with Compliance and AML on continuous process improvements,
- Great interpersonal and communication skills,
- Experience working in payment services or market platform is nice to have,
- Native Polish is a must as well as advanced English.

- Creative Content Production: Based on briefs from the Social Media Team and in line with Binance Brand Guidelines, develop high-quality, engaging content, including memes, infographics, GIFs, and social media campaigns, tailored for multiple platforms (TikTok, X.com, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Telegram).
- Trend Spotting & Content Ideation:Keep your finger on the pulse of internet and crypto trends, leveraging emerging memes and digital trends to create relevant viral content, that maximizes impressions and engagement.
- Campaign Execution:Collaborate with the Social Media and other cross-functional teams to design and execute small, medium and large-scale social media campaigns that align with the broader social media, marketing strategy and brand vision.
- Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with social media, design, content, performance marketing, product, and other internal teams to ensure brand consistency and creativity are adhered to across all social channels.
- Brand Building: Contribute to the growth and promotion of the Binance brand through engaging creative content, ensuring it remains relevant and relatable to crypto audiences across various regions.
- Ability to independently create memes, on-brand social media designs, four-frame cartoons, and short-form video content or GIFs that connect with audiences.
- Experience in digital media, video production, or entertainment industries, working with social media agencies, creators, or media companies.
- Graphic Design background with the focus on social media channels.
- A deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, design, and opportunities for viral content creation.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere) and video editing software.
- Experience in managing social media platforms and working with external creators for content collaboration desirable.
- A clear, concise, and creative communication style with a fun, engaging approach.
- Proven track record of delivering high-performing content on platforms like TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.
- Familiarity with the crypto market is a strong advantage, along with a passion for understanding the nuances of the space.
- Video Editing & Motion Design: Experience in creating short-form, high-quality video content and motion graphics.
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and produce quick-turnaround content.
- Project management skills, including overseeing third-party content creators and delivering on brand campaigns.

- Collaborate with engineers throughout the company to assist in troubleshooting issues, deploying solutions, and increasing their productivity.
- Design and optimize both public and internal cloud infrastructure using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Git.
- Manage cloud computing, Kubernetes, and database projects.
- Contribute to and maintain a self-healing, highly available, and scalable system.
- Continuously improve CI/CD pipelines and the monitoring stack.
- Monitor and ensure the health of all environments, setting up alerts and responding to incidents.
- Participate in on-call rotations, incident responses, and post-mortems.
- Learn new technologies quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team player with cross-cultural experience.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying technical concepts, sharing knowledge effectively and crafting clean documentation.

- Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, Git, and monitoring tools.

- Must have an interest in Fintech and cryptocurrency.
