Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide a broad range of administrative support to the Ventures team which may include but are not limited to calendar management, arranging meetings while coordinating with other assistants, coordinating with internal and external parties while working across multiple time zones effectively and expediently
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Handle expense reimbursement and local transportation for client meetings; arrange/coordinate meals when needed
- Handle travel arrangements for the Director and teams. Manage hotels, flights, ground transportations, visas, etc. while minimizing costs
- Provides support in arranging Finance meetings including collation of speaking notes and/or briefing notes, handling logistics, such as conference registrations,etc. Follow up on outstanding meeting items and handling confidential matters judiciously
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business and senior management teams
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- College degree in business management or related field, or training in secretarial skills, office management and/or administrative studies.
- A minimum of 5+ years supporting C- Level Executives.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines, excellent time management skills, well-developed organizational skills, attention to detail with the ability to manage calendars and effectively maintain records and files.
- Experience in organizing meetings, preparing and monitoring budgets, assisting with travel and hotel accommodations, and providing general office operations support.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals in a complex and fast-paced environment.
- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain professional, friendly, and cordial relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners and donors.

Responsibilities
● Developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures that ensure the organization complies with legal and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
- Draft and review a full range of commercial and legal documents, such as contracts relating to the production, development and publication of digital media and blockchain products (non-disclosure agreements, licensing agreements, distribution/publishing agreements, etc.) and contracts relating to investments and acquisitions (share purchase/subscription agreements, shareholders agreements, joint ventures agreement, SAFT/SAFE/KISS/convertible notes, etc.).
- Provide legal support and advice to the management team relating to the Group's acquisition, production, distribution and sale of technology and digital media products.
- Advise on and update of company policies for compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Provide support in company secretarial matters and IP portfolio management.

Requirements
- Qualified lawyer, with 2 - 4 years PQE, with relevant experience gained in a reputable law firm or in-house environment.
- Hands-on experience in reviewing and drafting of various commercial and investment contractswith minimal supervision.
- Excellent in spoken and written English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, adaptable, detail-minded and a team player.

We are looking for a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join our Operations and Projects Team. This role will be primarily responsible for driving internal strategic and operational projects as well as implementing continuous process improvements across different business. This role will have broad exposure to all facets of Animoca Brand’s business and report directly to the VP of Operations and Projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead numerous key strategic projects for Animoca Brands, including but not limited to organization, governance, and blockchain capability building-related programs
- Proactively identify opportunities to optimize existing operations of the business through digitization or automation
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify the areas of opportunities, co-create new ideas/designs, and implement them end-to-end
- Monitor impact of initiatives and iterate to drive continuous improvement
- Help coach junior members of the team and serve as a thought partner to push the overall thinking further
- Communicate regularly with senior stakeholders to ensure buy-in and adoption
Requirements / Skill Sets:

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership and team members across design, engineering, product management, and marketing;

Responsibilities
- Participate in the design, architecture and implementation of the different software components, including smart contracts, frontends and backends;
- Play a central role in the blockchain game's design, be innovative, assess the feasibility and give insight on cost/benefit for different concepts;
- Enforce adequate level of security for managing crypto-assets;
- Participate in technical and functional aspects of blockchain on several projects;

Qualifications
- In-depth understanding of all the technical and functional aspects of blockchains (consensus, security models, tokenomics, etc.) and crypto-wallets (keys management, UX, etc), with a robust knowledge of Ethereum;
- Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Go/C++/Rust (code-literacy with one of the Ethereum node implementations) and with Javascript (Web3);
- Experience designing and implementing systems based on blockchain (separation of duties between chain, frontends and backends);
- Experience with Smart-Contracts full development cycle (Solidity) and knowledge of the standards for token contracts (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155, etc.);
- Strong experience with UNIX systems (Linux) and Cloud Infrastructures (AWS, GCP, etc.).
Some other relevant experience/qualifications:
- PhD (or strong programming experience) in Blockchains, Decentralised Systems, Cryptography, Virtual Machines or related discipline;
- Experience as a core blockchain developer, software architect and/or technical lead;
