Partner Success Lead @ Iovlabs
- Develop a comprehensive customer success strategy that includes proactive outreach and formal business reviews for strategic partners and scalable, efficient service for core partners.
- Turn strategies into tactics and deliverables that drive the metrics.
- Gather feedback from partners and help incorporate that into the product roadmap.

- Ability to create client-focused strategies, implement them, track performance, and achieve set objectives.
- Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships.

Senior Java Developer - powpeg squad @ Iovlabs
- Collaborate with other engineers and teams to implement new features, improvements, and fixes to the Bridge, to the Powpeg node, and developers' tools to simplify the usage of the Bridge.
- Work with your team to make Rootstock more secure and robust, enabling it to execute a significant volume of transactions with no disruption.
- Improve the user experience of our technologies, making it very easy for users to run their solutions on top of Rootstock.
- Help with design and code reviews. Ensure good engineering practices are being applied.
- Learn about blockchain, crypto, Ethereum, and Bitcoin, working on one of the most exciting open-source projects in the blockchain industry
- Have advanced knowledge in the object-oriented programming language JAVA.
- Have experience working on technologically challenging projects.
- Bring the right attitude to the team: ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Have knowledge about Bitcoin or Ethereum (not mandatory).

About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to join a team with high qualifications and technical excellence for one of the most challenging projects in the Bitcoin and FinTech industry worldwide.
Rootstock is an open-source, decentralized, and peer-to-peer network that brings smart contracts to the Bitcoin ecosystem. It is the first one to provide the possibility of running Ethereum smart contracts in Bitcoin, using bitcoin as its native cryptocurrency, and leveraging Bitcoin's hashing power. Rootstock is one of the most exciting projects in the crypto and blockchain space!
The Rootstock Powpeg team is responsible for evolving and maintaining the Rootstock Bridge native contract and the Powpeg node, an extended implementation (RSKj).
It reviews and promotes community contributions, being an active and key member of the Rootstock platform evolution.
People in this team have a great understanding of how the Rootstock, Ethereum, and Bitcoin protocols work, improve network's security, scalability, and performance through the implementation of new consensus rules, and work side by side with industry referents in Blockchain security to protect the network, also understand how developers interact with the Bridge to perform 2wp operations, among other things.
