Senior Frontend Developer @ Arrakis Finance

- Design and implement user-friendly front-end applications for both internal team use and external customer interaction.
- Design and implement back-end services, including APIs, micro-services, and database schemas, to support front-end applications and enhance user experience.
- Utilize modern front-end technologies and frameworks to create innovative staking solutions that align with our technical and business requirements.
- Advocate for best practices in front-end development, including code reviews, testing, and continuous integration.

- Proven experience as a front-end developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of developed applications.

- Proven experience in back-end languages and frameworks, Python preferred but will also consider other technologies (e.g. Java)

- Experience in the crypto industry, with an understanding of blockchain technologies and staking mechanisms.

Arrakis is the leading non-custodial, onchain market making solution for protocols and DAOs. Our customers include Ether.fi, Maker, Stargate, Across, Lido, Karpatkey and other industry leaders.
We believe in a world where every organization, from a small startup to a large enterprise, will be tokenized and traded onchain. For this world, Arrakis is building the tools to create the necessary liquidity to enable this token economy to rival and out-compete the traditional financial industry.
DeFi is at risk itself of being overcome by centralised actors however. As Ethereum’s DeFi ecosystem has become more complex, sophisticated actors have extracted more and more value known as MEV. Arrakis is working on next generation solutions at the speartip of the MEV supply chain, such as HOT AMM, to protect LPs and token issuers against this value extraction.
As one of the Front End engineers at Arrakis, we’re looking for someone who is hands on but also has strong product thinking skills.
