KYC Specialist (PH) @ Coins
- Manage daily customer due diligence requests and requirements
- Provide quality checking and verification of customer information in line with company policies and procedures
- Evaluate risk level of customers upon onboarding
- Identify bottlenecks that affect the performance of the KYC team and the KYC customer experience
- Plan and implement strategies to provide excellent customer experience while maintaining risk controls
- Coordinate with other teams to cascade customer issues and ensure these are properly and effectively resolved in a timely manner
- Stay updated on KYC/CDD best practices, analyze market trends and customer behavior, and understand how to apply them to Coins
- Perform KYB procedures and review partnership and business process documentation to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
- Perform other related duties and tasks as may be required from time to time
- Passionate about building lasting customer relationships and prioritizes taking care of customers
- Graduate of Business Management, Finance or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino
- Strong analytical skills and advanced knowledge in Google Suite programs
- Highly-flexible, able to wear multiple hats, and thrives in a fast-paced work environment
- Thinks fast under pressure and solves problems on the go without being overwhelmed
- Trustworthy and able to protect confidential information with discretion
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to work quickly without supervision
- Discreet and upholds customer privacy and confidential information
- Has a track record for getting things done - drive, ownership, and execution is at the core of our culture
- Amenable to shifting schedule (morning, midday and graveyard shift)

Customer Service Associate @ Coins
- Manage daily customer due diligence requests and requirements.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues related to account setup, transactions, and product usage.
- Educate customers on the basics of cryptocurrencies, how to use our platform, and best practices for security.
- Work closely with other departments, such as Marketing, Sales, and Development, to ensure cohesive customer service and operational efficiency.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to the appropriate departments to improve our products and services.
- Create and update support tickets, knowledge base articles, and FAQs to assist customers in finding self-help resources.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulations, ensuring all interactions comply with industry standards and legal requirements.
- Perform other related duties and tasks as required.
- Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the tech or financial sectors. Experience in the cryptocurrency industry is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field is preferred.
- Passionate about building lasting customer relationships and prioritizes taking care of customers.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills and advanced knowledge of Google Suite programs
- Basic understanding of cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology.
