    At Ledger, we recognize that building vibrant communities and delivering valuable content are essential pillars of Web3 development. We are seeking an experienced Editorial Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee a team of writers focused on creating thought leadership blogs, SEO-driven content, Help Center articles, and expanding Ledger Academy, our educational platform. Your expertise in SEO, writer management, and thought leadership projects will be crucial in driving our content strategy and enhancing our educational offerings.
    Your mission
      • Lead and manage a team of writers to produce high-quality thought leadership blogs, SEO content, and Help Center articles that resonate with our audience
      • Develop and implement strategies to grow Ledger Academy, ensuring it serves as a premier educational resource in the crypto space
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to align content initiatives with overall business goals
      • Utilize your SEO expertise to optimize content for search engines, enhancing visibility and engagement
      • Conduct thorough research to stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging topics in the crypto field
      • Provide guidance and mentorship to writers, fostering a collaborative and innovative content creation environment
      • Review and edit content for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to style guidelines, ensuring technical precision and engaging storytelling
      • Assist leadership in drafting and refining thought leadership pieces that highlight Ledger's expertise and vision in the crypto industry
      • Analyze content performance metrics to inform future content strategies and improve overall effectiveness
    What we're looking for
      • Fluency in English, with outstanding writing and editing skills, and a meticulous attention to detail
      • Proven experience in managing writers and leading content teams, with a strong emphasis on producing high-quality thought leadership and SEO-driven content
      • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and the ability to implement strategies that enhance content visibility and engagement
      • In-depth knowledge of the crypto industry, including blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and related concepts, with the ability to translate complex topics into accessible content
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders, including leadership, tech teams, and marketing
      • Demonstrated experience in developing educational content, such as Help Center articles and resources for learning platforms
      • Ability to work closely with leadership to draft and refine thought leadership pieces that showcase expertise and vision in the crypto space
      • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.A passion for the crypto industry and a commitment to staying informed about the latest trends, developments, and best practices in educational content creation
