Customer Service Agent - Merchant Team @ Binance
- As the frontline of the P2P market, you will handle all inbound inquiries received, and outbound communication is established in the form of chats, emails, and calls
- Independently provide accurate information to resolve problems/issues that arise
- Continuously educate one’s self with up-to-date and relevant information to support the customer service operations
- You will escalate issues to your team leader, managers, and other departments as required

Binance Accelerator Program - Compliance Training @ Binance
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product, compliance, and customer support teams to align training materials with company objectives and ensure accurate, up-to-date content.
- Create Learning Resources: Develop clear, engaging, and accessible learning resources, such as guides, tutorials, and e-learning modules, to support training objectives.
- Coordinate and facilitate in-person and virtual workshops, seminars, and hands-on labs to enhance participant engagement and learning outcomes.
- Training Compliance Monitoring: Support the tracking of employee completion for mandatory training sessions and follow up with employees as needed to ensure timely completion.

- Assist compliance team with ad-hoc tasks related to AML, Sanctions, and ABC financial crime risks
- Analyze data, identify gaps, and follow up with key stakeholders

- Carry out KYC due diligence reviews in a timely manner to high quality standards
- Proficiency in compliance applications and programs such as World Check, POA, EDD, etc is preferred
- Good knowledge on provisions of local laws, directives, regulations and otherwise standards applicable to subject persons and knowledge of upcoming regulation of virtual currency policies is a strong plus
