As the Team Lead of the Coin Integration Team at Ledger, you will lead a dedicated team responsible for the seamless integration of various blockages into the Ledger ecosystem, ensuring compatibility and functionality with our devices. The mission

Lead the Coin Integration Team, driving the integration of various blockchain technologies into the Ledger ecosystem, ensuring they work seamlessly with our hardware and software solutions (EVM, BTC, Solana, Polkadot, Cosmos…)
Develop strategies for blockchain integration that align with organizational goals and user needs, fostering innovation in blockchain technology utilization.
Collaborate with product management, software development, and quality assurance teams to deliver robust blockchain solutions.
Mentor and guide team members through complex blockchain integration challenges, encouraging growth and continuous learning.
Oversee the team’s delivery timelines, ensuring that integration projects are executed efficiently and align with the broader product roadmap.
Implement agile best practices tailored to the blockchain integration process, promoting rapid iteration and responsiveness to change.
Conduct regular agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to maximize team effectiveness and morale.
Promote a culture of feedback and continuous improvement, encouraging team members to innovate and experiment with new integration techniques.

What we're looking for

Strong leadership experience with a passion for the blockchain technology space.
Extensive coding experience and deep knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
Proficiency in managing integration projects with a variety of blockchain protocols and standards.
Adept at leading agile project teams and well-versed in agile methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a capacity to think strategically about how blockchain integrations impact overall product outcomes.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.

Bonus points

Proven track record of successful blockchain or cryptocurrency-related projects.
Experience with hardware wallet technology or similar security-focused applications.
Deep understanding of multiple blockchain architectures, including but not limited to EVM, Cosmos, and Polkadot.

Ledger has developed Ledger Live, an application to manage all your blockchain-backed assets. To sustain the company's growth, we are looking for a Staff Front-End Engineer to join the Wallet Experience business unit. Within the Live Hub squad, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining the portfolio and account management UI flows.

Your main responsibilities will be the following :

Own from a technical standpoint the desktop and mobile development of Ledger Live Applications.
Collaborate with our devs, QA, designers, and product within Ledger Live teams.
Take initiative and offer technical solutions.
Develop features using best practices from unit to e2e testing.
Participate in code reviews.
Be responsible for the quality of Ledger’s UI/UX framework.
Mentor and promote tech growth within the team, helping to set high standards for the team.
Work 100% on Open Source projects all gathered in our monorepo: ledger-live.
Share knowledge within Ledger and beyond.

What we're looking for :

Engineer profile with at least 5 years of experience in software development.

In the context of growth, Ledger is seeking a Commercial Legal Counsel to join its Commercial Legal Team (which is part of our legal team), to help support our growing Ledger Enterprise Services (LES) business.

This is a strategic role and as a Commercial Legal Counsel, you will report to the Senior Legal Director for the Commercial Legal Team and be part of a team composed of dynamic and talented lawyers from different backgrounds and various industries. You will be exposed to cutting edge legal and commercial topics in the rapidly evolving blockchain and crypto industry, where the story is yet to be written.

Missions :

Be first point of contact for LES and lead the legal support for commercial engagements and assist in the drafting and review of a wide variety of commercial agreements to meet business and legal requirements, including LES Agreements, sales and distribution agreements, IT agreements, marketing agreements, general terms & conditions, direct and indirect procurement agreements, confidentiality agreements and requests for proposals.
Help the business develop new go-to-market strategies and products and services, and advise on the same.
Improve existing contract templates and create new ones, working closely with other functions and legal team members.
Research and advise on relevant laws which could apply to Ledger directly or could otherwise impact LES.
Define and drive improvements in the management of legal processes and contract documentation flows, approvals, reporting and archiving consistent with internal processes.
Work closely with other functions to contribute to the development of internal tools and to the improvement of existing processes, guidelines and policies.
Ensure that KYB and other processes are followed and progress efficiently.
Advise on disputes and help the broader legal team in improving and creating compliant solutions to resolve complicated business challenges.
As a general note, Ledger being a scale-up, we also expect the Commercial Legal Counsel, as part of the legal team, to be flexible and jump in on other topics and help other team members in other areas as the need may arise from time to time.

What we're looking for ?

Bachelor’s degree in Law or non-law degree with GDL/Diploma.
Current Practicing Certificate (English Qualification).
At least 5 years commercial legal experience dealing with Platform as a Service (PaaS) or similar businesses at a global law firm and/or in-house legal department.
Excellent experience with contract drafting and negotiation in English. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Very rigorous, pragmatic and business oriented.
Ability to be autonomous and meet deadlines, and organize, prioritize and multitask.
Creative and practical thinker who can communicate information accurately and completely, while being concise and digestible for non-lawyers.
Collaborative team player standing ready to help colleagues.

Knowledge of the crypto industry is a plus but not required.

As a Developer Ecosystem Product Director, you will be the bridge between the crypto / blockchain ecosystem and Ledger. You’ll be reporting into the VP Productand you’ll work alongside a strong team of product managers and engineers based in France and the UK. Your mission

Ensure customer satisfaction & reply to day-to-day customer requests
Communicate clearly and concisely: write clear and well-structured documentation on service tickets and follow up to ensure resolution
Identify recurring support trends and product performance issues, providing timely feedback to our product team
Work to eliminate common support inquiries by suggesting improvements to our knowledgebase articles, FAQs, and other support documentation to ensure customers can self-serve as much as possible
Be involved in support escalations as required to ensure timely resolution according to SLAs on technical products
Communicate clearly and work effectively with other teams and departments, such as our R&D, Legal, and Marketing teams
Participate in external events around the world
Always be learning - about both crypto and also Ledger’s products. A week in crypto is a lifetime in other industries, and you’ll need to stay on the cutting edge

What we're looking for

Previous experience in customer support or in a customer-facing role
Must have a “Customer First”attitude
Strong interest for cryptocurrencies and/or blockchain environments
Outstanding written and verbal skills in English and French
Ability to learn about hardware & software products and to analyse technical and/or factual data
Proficiency in Google docs, sheets, slides, forms as well as Microsoft Excel PPT
Proficiency in Zendesk or Salesforce (Customer Experience Management Platforms) is a plus

As a Senior Product Designer with a focus on Consumer Services, you will play a pivotal role in crafting intuitive and delightful experiences that allow customers to buy, sell, stake, swap cryptocurrencies as well as subscribe services like Recover or CL Card through the Ledger Live app. Your work will have a direct impact on the future of Ledger and millions of people worldwide.

Main Mission

Design beautiful, usable and high-performing flows.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback, validate design decisions, and ensure your designs meet user needs.
Partner with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to build world-class user experiences.
Ensure high standards for design and product quality, meticulously crafting every aspect of the design system.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, introducing fresh and innovative approaches to the team.
Collaborate with other designers on shaping the user experience for millions.

What we’re looking for

Proven experience (5+ years ideally) in product design with a strong emphasis in the transaction, payment field or financial services using human insights to guide your work.
High proficiency in Figma, with expertise in its best practices for designing and implementing design systems.
Demonstrated expertise in leveraging human insights and data to inform and drive your design decisions.
Capacity to rapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes and knowing when to apply pixel-perfect attention to detail or when to make low-fi sketchesDeep understanding of design principles, visual hierarchy, and information architecture.A deep knowledge of inclusive design and accessibility without compromising on aesthetics.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex design concepts and rationale to non designers.
Open-minded, strong team player and eager to collaborate, both with other designers, engineers and other stakeholders.

Your mission:

Reporting to the VP Product Management, you will be a key player at Ledger, delivering exceptional experiences to our users. You will:

- Lead and mentor a talented, diverse team of designers and UX researchers (10 people), fostering professional and personal development;

- Collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering to define and implement design strategies that align with business goals;

- Drive the creation of visually appealing and user-centric interfaces that reflect our brand and meet user needs;

- Conduct user research to gather insights and inform design decisions;

- Establish and maintain design standards to ensure consistency across all products;

- Promote a collaborative culture across teams to ensure alignment and effective communication;

What we are looking for :

- Minimum of 10 years in Product Design and User Experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

- A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in Product Design, user research, and UX copywriting

- Proven ability to lead and inspire design teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence

- Ability to translate business objectives into compelling design solutions

- Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of front-end development is a plus

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating design concepts to various stakeholders.
