    About the role:
    We’re looking for an Internal Controls and Testing Analyst to join the Global Regulatory Reporting team, whose mission is to carry out internal testing reviews and prepare summary reports for all processes and procedures in the Compliance department at Crypto.com.
    The ideal candidate would be a Self Starter who takes ownership and gets things done with resources available; a Clear Communicator who communicates effectively with people at all levels both inside and outside the Company and should have strong written and verbal communication skills; and a Natural Collaborator willing to work with multiple stakeholders and across multiple time zones.
    The ideal candidate must stand out with excellent decision-making skills and effective problem-solving skills. The Internal Controls and Testing Analyst must be able to navigate through a complex, fast-paced and constantly changing environment, who can grasp complex and terminology abundant documentation. They should exhibit a strong passion for financial innovation and are excited about supporting Crypto.com’s mission to put “cryptocurrency in every wallet”.
    Job Responsibilities:
      • Review and test operational compliance against the requirements of relevant laws and regulations, and the internal rules, policies, and procedures of the Company;
      • Prepare reports and deliver feedback on review progress, outcomes, risks and findings;
      • Issue recommendations for improvement of identified weaknesses and documentation gaps;
      • Review and observe processes to ensure the internal controls are effectively operated;
      • Track remediation of findings and observations as a result of internal controls tests, regulatory examinations and independent reviews;
      • Other duties as assigned.
    Job Requirements:
      • Should have working knowledge of the applicable AML/CTF recommendations, standards and procedures;
      • Understanding of the first line operations processes – KYC, EDD, Investigations;
      • Knowledge of basic audit practices;
      • English language C1 proficiency;
      • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written;
      • Highly organized and detail oriented;
      • Computer literacy;
      • Understanding of cryptocurrencies or a strong interest in learning;
      • University degree.

    Job Responsibilities:
      • Monitor ongoing customer transactions in order to identify potential high risk for Crypto.com on potential terrorist financing activity, human or drug trafficking, etc.;
