Binance Accelerator Program - Community & Content (German speaking) @ Binance
- Community management: Solve problems & answer questions raised by community members, provide support and assistance on behalf and with support of the core team and angels
- Content Management: Support the review and publication of Binance content formats such as blog, academy, FAQs and announcements, localize content pieces and build landing pages for individualized local campaigns
- Marketing campaigns: Organize and support the implementation of marketing campaigns, such as token airdrops, AMA's and giveaways
- Influencer management: Help us build the KOL program and work closely with our partners
- Track results on user activation

VIP & Institutional Sales Manager - CEE Region @ Binance
- Acquiring and developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients (global institutional/VIP clients)
- Expanding the relationships with existing customers by sustained communication, understanding of their needs
- Building key customer service processes and systems, formulating management rules, and tracking the status of key customers
- Analysis of user behavior, finding hidden needs, writing key customer analysis reports, and communicating with various departments to provide optimal key customer service solutions
- At least 4-7 years working experience in sales and client services functionwith international financial background in banking, investments, etc

HR Operation/Payroll Specialist - Europe @ Binance
- Facilitate/conduct all workforce administration processes in accordance with SLA - onboarding/off-boarding, probation management, employment verification, contract & document management, etc
- Handle employee inquiries as tier 1 support and maintain inquiry FAQ to establish the knowledge database
- Employee timesheet, leave administration, compensation data collection for payroll processing
- Enrollment and termination for commercial insurance
- Support on international assignment or relocation, work with Global Mobility team on visa/immigration service, provide guidance and support on employees’ lodging, kids’ education, culture adoption etc., and facilitate the repatriation process
- Maintenance of employee and organization data in the HR Information System, and generate HR function data dashboards and reports
- Manage the quality control process in order to ensure that the HR operation services meet employee expectations as well as comply with local labor laws and legislations
- Ensure the improvement and optimization of the administration processes, including systems and tooling
- Manage and execute regular and off-cycle payroll activities, monitor end-to-end payroll process and be responsible for payroll validation to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Design payroll service delivery and employee support framework to address business concerns and employees’ inquiries
- Manage, assess, and control payroll related vendors, able to identify all discrepancies in vendor’s report.
- Be responsible for the vendor onboarding/termination process
- Execute annual payroll activities like audit, payroll calendar release, bonus payment, merit increase, etc
- Work with payroll vendors for newly opened countries payroll setup
- Suggest and participate payroll related projects, like process harmonization, payroll reports integration, payroll date clean-up etc
- Bachelor’s degree holder with major in a relevant discipline
- At least 3–5 years of experience in HR Operation or Shared Services with end-to-end payroll experience.
- Experience in a big MNC or fast-growing tech company is a plus
- Fluent French speaker with good command of English, both written and spoken to support local operations
- Easy-going, willing to accept change and customer oriented
- Can work under high pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Excellent project management and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite or related software
