      • Design Support:Assist in the creation and management of operational design materials; Coordinate with the design team to ensure consistency across materials.
      • Onboarding:Support the onboarding process for new clients and employees; Ensure all necessary documentation and training materials are provided.
      • Translation:Provide translation support for internal and external communications, as required.
      • Customer Support (CS):Assist the customer support team with resolving operational issues; Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient support.
      • P2P (Peer-to-Peer) Operations:Support the operations related to P2P transactions; Ensure the smooth processing of P2P activities within the platform.
