- Passion for Crypto: A strong enthusiasm for the crypto space, with an interest in DeFi and a shared appreciation for the values of decentralisation and censorship resistance being advantageous but not essential.
- Track Record of Success: Demonstrated ability to design and execute impactful marketing strategies that achieve measurable growth and engagement metrics.
