Technical Program Manager @ Interop Labs
- Define the technical requirements, timelines, and execution plans for chain integrations.
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams and external teams to ensure smooth integrations and proper alignment with Axelar’s infrastructure and technical standards.
- Oversee the execution of blockchain integrations from start to finish, managing timelines, dependencies, and resources to ensure successful and timely delivery.
- Work with product and business development teams to identify key blockchain integrations that align with Axelar’s business goals and roadmap.

- Strong understanding of blockchain protocols, consensus mechanisms, and decentralized systems.

- Experience with blockchain integrations or working with Layer-1/Layer-2 solutions is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional technical programs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all are delivered on time and meet the required technical standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Smart Contract Security Engineer @ Interop Labs
- Conduct in-depth security assessments of the codebase, smart contracts, and integrations.
- Identify potential vulnerabilities and propose solutions to mitigate risks.
- Work closely with Engineering, Product, and DevOps teams to ensure security is embedded throughout the development lifecycle.
- Develop and improve scripts, tools, and practices for secure key management and cryptographic operations.
- Support the team in investigating and responding to security incidents, including post-incident analysis and developing preventive measures.
- Keep up with the latest developments in blockchain security, cryptographic techniques, and industry best practices to continuously improve our security posture.
- 5+ years of experience in a security engineering role in web3.
- Proven experience in securing blockchain protocols, smart contracts, or cryptographic systems.
- Strong programming skills, particularly in languages such as Rust, Solidity, or Go.
- Deep understanding of cryptographic principles and blockchain architectures.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and identify potential vulnerabilities.
- Hands-on experience with penetration testing, code audits, or security research in Web3 ecosystems.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively across teams.
- Experience working in cross-functional fully remote environments.
