Application Security Engineer @ Immutable
- Operate and improve our vulnerability management program by identifying, triaging, and mitigating security risks across our platform
- Automate security controls to ensure efficient and effective detection, response, and remediation of vulnerabilities

Senior Data Scientist @ Immutable
- Ensure data-driven decisions are made across the Studio, Marketing, and Product teams by providing valuable insights and analysis
- Conduct quantitative research and analysis of user interactions, identifying patterns and trends that can inform strategic decisions and improve the platform and studio
- Assess the success of different features, measuring their effectiveness, and providing recommendations on optimising them to enhance the user experience and achieve business objectives
- Develop and implement predictive models to forecast user behaviour, inform product development, and drive targeted marketing efforts
- Create visualisations and generate reports that effectively communicate insights and findings to stakeholders, helping inform decision-making across the organisation
- Collaborate with various teams, including Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing, to ensure that data analysis and recommendations align with the overall business strategy and objectives
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in data science and related technologies, ensuring that the company remains competitive and innovative in its approach to data-driven decision-making
- Assess the success of different features, measuring their effectiveness, and providing recommendations on optimising them to enhance the user experience and achieve business objectives
- 5+ years experience in Data Science or a closely related field
- Proficiency in data analysis, modelling, and visualisation
- Expertise in SQL for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting, a solid grasp of standard statistical methods and applications to draw conclusions (A/B testing, time series analysis, forecasting and regression)
- Experience designing and implementing A/B tests to evaluate the impact of different features, designs, or strategies on user behaviour and business outcomes
- Extensive Measurement knowledge, including audience sizing, impression/attribution/conversion tracking, campaign performance tracking, ROI/ROAS/LTV, etc
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving capabilities to drive to the heart of a problem and understand the full range of underlying drivers/causes; generate hypotheses
- Strong product thinking - customer empathy, making proactive recommendations for how to apply insights
- Excellent data communication - pick the right visualisations, analogies, etc, to communicate complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences
- Interest in emerging technologies
- Game or product marketing: expertise in the marketing and successful launch of games or products

About The Role 🤔
At Immutable, security is at the core of what we do. As an Application Security Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our products are safe for everyone to use. You will focus on implementing and maintaining security controls while balancing user experience and operational efficiency.
This role is crucial in supporting our security operations and vulnerability management program. You will work closely with engineering teams to mitigate risks and improve security processes. You will report to ourHead of Security and be a key player in safeguarding Immutable's ecosystem.
