Binance Accelerator Program - Social Media (Greater China) @ Binance
- Manage Binance social accounts, from shaping strategy to creating and posting content.
- Working with the social team, product teams and product marketing team to define content strategy and branding.
- Maximise content distribution through other Binance channels.
- Be part of the central social media team, contributing to the main Binance accounts on each platform.
- Drive effective and creative social media campaigns, working cross-functionally with design, content, performance marketing, product and other teams

- Good knowledge of crypto and Binance’s product suite.
- Strong writing and copywriting skills. Demonstrate a clear and concise style of communication.
- Experience in content creation and social media management (including for personal means).
- Experience in digital marketing or social media related roles for brands is a huge plus.
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility, resistant to stress, self-motivated and results oriented.
- Remote and start-up experience is a plus.
- Bonus points if you have experience in successfully operating a personal social account.

Binance Accelerator Program - VIP Growth Marketing @ Binance
- Assisting in the planning and execution of online and offline marketing activities, events, and campaigns
- Assisting in analyzing the VIP campaigns' performance by gathering data and providing a summary of key business results
- Staying on top of market trends and conducting desk research on competitive behaviors
- Contributing to the content marketing to increase brand awareness, drive leads, and upgrade VIP tiers
- Creating and developing interactive content initiatives such as newsletters and social media posts
- Working closely with growth marketing, Product Marketing, and PR across VIP growth related initiatives
- Collaborating with other BUs to run promotional growth campaigns
- Specific events, including VIP swag coordination
- An educational background in a relevant field such as Data Analysis, Communications, Economics and Finance, etc
- A fast learner with an interest or experience in the crypto industry
- Strong proficiency in English speaking and writing, knowledge of Chinese is a plus
- Strong data analysis skills and is able to present conclusions with data
- Strong communication skills and is able to work with global team
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure

Binance Accelerator Program - Marketing (Swag Team) @ Binance
- Supporting events team on Swag related duties
- Coordinate with internal administrative and procurement teams for vendors and samples sourcing, contracting and budget management
- Order Collection and Distribution Coordination - maintain an organized swag request collection and approval tracker, coordinate with BUs with their requirement, and arrange delivery with Admin team on a daily basis
- Inventory Control - track stock levels, arrange restocking based on marketing requirements within budget
- Attention to details and collaborative spirit are essential to the success of this role
- Strong organizational and effective communication skills to work with internal stakeholders
- Excellent project and time management skills
- Adaptive to flexible working hours and remote collaboration
- Proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Google Docs, Sheets and Forms)
- Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
- Experience in budget and vendor management is beneficial
- Be able to commit to a full time role for a 6 month period
