Binance Accelerator Program - Policy & Governance @ Binance
- Assist compliance team with ad-hoc tasks related to AML, Sanctions, and ABC financial crime risks
- Analyze data, identify gaps, and follow up with key stakeholders
- Assist in managing Compliance governance committees, preparing agendas, taking minutes, tracking deliverables
- Assist with preparation of various internal reporting, compiling, collating, summarizing data and proofreading
- Participate in training programs related to Compliance and other subjects relating today-to-day responsibilities

- Carry out KYC due diligence reviews in a timely manner to high quality standards
- Proficiency in compliance applications and programs such as World Check, POA, EDD, etc is preferred
- Good knowledge on provisions of local laws, directives, regulations and otherwise standards applicable to subject persons and knowledge of upcoming regulation of virtual currency policies is a strong plus

Binance Accelerator Program - Affiliate/KOL Marketing @ Binance
- KOL and Affiliates Identification and Recruitment:
- Identify and recruit KOLs and Institutional KOLs within your region.Evaluate potential KOLs based on their reach, influence, engagement, and alignment with Binance’s brand values and goals.
- Nurture strong and long-term relationships with KOLs to foster brand loyalty and advocacy;
- Act as POC for KOLs, promptly addressing their concerns, feedback, and requirements.
- Develop and execute comprehensive KOL engagement strategies, campaigns, and incentives to promote Binance’s products and services;
- Collaborate with KOLs to create authentic and compelling content that aligns with Binance’s marketing objectives;
- Monitor and analyze campaign/initiative performance, ensuring that KOL activities drive desired outcomes such as registrations and trading volume.
- Set clear KPIs and metrics to evaluate KOL campaigns' effectiveness;
- Track KOL performance initiatives generating reports to provide insights on ROI, engagement, and impact on trading volume;
- Recommend optimizations based on data analysis to enhance future campaigns.
- Provide support to Global initiatives being the liaison between Central Teams and local markets;
- Work closely with Marketing and PR teams to ensure cohesive and integrated KOL strategies;
- Coordinate with Compliance and Legal teams to ensure all KOL activities adhere to regulatory guidelines and Binance’s policies;

- Organize and manage events such as webinars, live streams, and meetups with KOLs to engage with the community, drive discussions, and promote Binance;
- Lead Retail Referral Program development and implementation in collaboration with Lifecycle, Marketing, and Ops Teams;
- Track Retail Referral Program performance looking for constant improvements and higher impact on metrics;
- Constantly seek innovative initiatives to keep users engaged and encourage them to promote the program;
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to enhance the program.
- Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage (Spanish native/ Portuguese is a plus);
- Self-learning personality and ability to work independently;
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and many moving parts at once;
- Highly organized and comfortable working across time zones and multiple projects;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Previous experiences in BD or marketing would be an advantage;

- As the frontlines of the P2P market, you and the team will arbitrate customer disputes professionally
- Investigate trading activity and take appropriate actions to keep the marketplace safe and prevent fraudulent activity
- Create a culture and processes which achieve the business goals and objectives with regards to the customer service
- Use Customer Insight and Root Cause Analytics to identify product improvements and present these to stakeholder and peers
- Act as the Voice of the Customer across the organization
- Identify and provide feedback through 1:1s, effective use of personal development plans and provision of coaching & development opportunities
- Make sure customer and complainant surveys are carried out continuously in order to produce timely, up to date information about customer experience across all areas of the business

- 1+ years experience of proven customer facing experience or experience as a customer service representative

- Social media specialist and events enthusiast with strong organizational and project management skills to support the marketing team across multiple functions focusing on 3 main areas:
- Serve as a liaison between the regional social lead, the global social team and the local marketing team;
- Coordinate content calendarization for social channels and propose initiatives targeted to the local market;
- Align with KOL team creation and integration of KOL content, UGC, influencer content;
- Support the organization of online and offline events and meet-ups in the region;
- Learn to navigate in Binance’s internal tools (for example Social Media programming tool, CVent and admin tools);
