Founded in 2014, Ledger is the global platform for digital assets and Web3. Over 20% of the world’s crypto assets are secured through our Ledger Nanos. Headquartered in Paris and Vierzon, with offices in UK, US, Switzerland and Singapore, Ledger has a team of more than 500 professionals developing a variety of products and services to enable individuals and companies to securely buy, store, swap, grow and manage crypto assets – including the Ledger hardware wallets line with more than 6 millions units already sold in 200 countries.
In this role, you will support the tax and accounting team and be a key part in helping the growth of the business. Managing taxes at Ledger is particularly challenging and exciting: crypto taxes, all kinds of French taxes but also worldwide taxes as Ledger offers its products and services across 200 countries.

Duration: 6 months
Your mission
    • Manage the registration and deregistration process for indirect taxes across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with sales thresholds
    • Assist in preparing various tax declarations, including VAT in France, EU (UOSS), and other countries (e.g., Salt in the US, GST in Canada), as well as Intrastat declarations
    • Support the tracking and management of tax credits, such as the Research Tax Credit (CIR)
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of transfer pricing policies
    • Stay informed about developments in cryptocurrency and tax regulations to support compliance and innovation
What we’re looking for
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in tax law (minimum Bac +3) with strong analytical skills
    • Fluency in both French and English
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams
    • Solid proficiency in Excel for financial analysis and reporting
    • Knowledge of transfer pricing, accounting, and customs is an advantage
    • Analytical mindset with problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
    • Positive, curious, self-driven, and hands-on approach to work
    • Interest in the cryptocurrency industry is a plus
