Product Manager

We are looking for a talented, technical oriented Product Manager to join DMarket and lead the product.

As part of your role you will:

• Own and evolve platform;
• Be responsible and accountable for engagement and user satisfaction KPIs that ladder up to conversion and retention;
• Lead and develop our product offering and roadmap, collaborate with engineers, other product managers and key stakeholders;
• Bring product management best practices to bear, ensuring meeting our strategy and business goals;
• Share subject matter expertise, while still empowering a bottoms-up culture;
• Identify business growth opportunities and tie those opportunities to business rationale;
• Collaborate with key stakeholders on all of the above.

You should bring with you:

• 5+ years of product management experience;
• Demonstrated ability to think, plan and communicate in the near-term, medium term and long term;
• Incisive decision-making skills;
• Analytical, data-obsessed, and creative;
• Experienced in analyzing user data to help formulate conclusions and drive product decisions;
• Strong awareness of technology trends and their potential influence;
• Exceptional communication skills, written, verbal and presentation;
• Experience in video streaming is a huge plus;
• English from Upper-Intermediate;
• Experience in preparing business analysis and requirements is a huge plus.
