- Conduct data-driven analysis to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
- Work closely with business teams to support liquidity-related initiatives
- Liaise with financial partners, exchanges, and counterparties to maintain strong relationships and favorable terms
- 6+ years of experience in liquidity management, treasury, or financial operations, preferably in a Web3, fintech, or crypto environment
- Hands-on experience managing fiat, stablecoin, and cryptocurrency transactions
- Strong understanding of blockchain technologies, decentralized finance (DeFi), and cryptocurrency markets
- Familiarity with liquidity pools, market-making, and automated market makers (AMMs)
- Proficiency in financial modeling, transaction reconciliation, and reporting tools
- Deep understanding of fiat on-ramps/off-ramps, stablecoins, and cryptocurrency payment processors
- Awareness of crypto regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices
- Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail and the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication skills to present recommendations to stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities
