Responsibilities

• Build social media strategy and execute plans to grow our following on key channels and platforms (e.g., Twitter, YouTube, Reddit, etc.)
• Required: Ability to create relevant content that caters to derivatives traders and DeFi users (trading strategies, technical analysis, DeFi assets, memes, references to trader’s culture).
• Technical understanding of DeFi, financial derivatives, asset trading, and technical analysis. Ability to synthesize advanced information and make it palatable and fun for users.
• If you can reference movies like The Big Short, Margin Call, or have an understanding of what Wall Street Bets was and is, you’ll get your foot in the door.
• Familiar with the best SEO and long-form content practices for blogs, Medium, and other article platforms.
• Curate, and manage campaigns on social platforms, scheduling content and moderating live talks on Twitter Spaces, YouTube, etc.
• Align with ZKX’s social media aesthetic and collaborate with the design team to build banners, memes, and posts
• Work with different stakeholders in the team and develop a Q/Q strategy across socials.
• Familiar with social media marketing tools such as Hootsuite for publishing and analytics
• Weekly review of the performance of channels and campaigns; Analyze key metrics and maintain a dynamic strategy
• Create content database and success-rate statistics (views, likes, sharing, etc).
• Ideate and drive value with unique growth hacks to increase audience, and engagement across social platform

Requirements

• Excellent writing and verbal skills in English is a MUST
• 3+ years of experience in social media management (preferable in crypto, DeFi, and web3)
• A degen by heart who speaks the CT language and has a secret meme repository
• Ability to plan and execute an editorial calendar and assure a constant flow of content
• Ability to work in a dynamic work environment, and balance multiple projects if required
• Go-getter with strong organization and time management skills
• Focus on the quality of work and attention to detail

• Design and implement the front-end architecture
• Deliver high-quality, testable, extensible code
• Maintain and optimize existing codebase
• Work in an agile product team with other front-end developers, a designer, PO, QA, BE developers
• Work according to well-defined requirements in a result-oriented team.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of commercial experience as a Front-end Developer
• Strong expertise in TypeScript/React/Redux
• Excellent CSS/HTML markup and styling skills
• Solid experience in delivering complex front-end solutions
• Strong experience in integrating with RESI API and Web Sockets
• Experience in agile/scrum methodology
• Strong understanding of how a browser works
• Enthusiastic about blockchain and web3
• Good communication skills and teamwork
• Web3 experience is a plus
• Team leadership experience is a big plus

The role

The mission for the Visual Artist is to lead the protocol’s visual identity and be the leading creative mind to structure its visual experience for users. You’ll take ownership of all design needs and will help manage external partners or coordinate with community members for additional resources. Ideally, you’re someone who’s excited about branding, memes, NFTs and more. You probably know about DeFi and crypto, and are looking to learn more about it.

Responsibilities

• Deliver creative visual assets, static and motion design that brings the brand to life.
• Conceptualize and develop all brand marketing assets, including social campaigns, email, paid ad campaigns, web graphics, animated videos per brand guidelines, etc.
• Own and lead creative projects from ideation through to production.
• Translate brand voice into graphics, including illustrations, logos, marketing materials, and animations across platforms.
• Follow established brand guidelines and deliver creative projects on time across multiple stakeholders.
• Managing multiple projects while ensuring deliverables in a set timeline.
• Constantly bring new ideas to the table that will help achieve brand & performance objectives with evolution of visual identity.
• Work with the team to create templates for different types of creative assets, and maintain the design language consistency at all times.
• To make sure every creative asset meets its functional (readability, brand visibility, visual appeal, etc) and performance objectives (Engagement, Reach, Conversion, etc).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of visual design experience, having led brand creation and development across multiple mediums (animations, social media, branding etc.).
• Relevant experience as a visual, brand, and/or motion designer at a creative media agency, or startups or in either crypto, DeFi, web3 or a demonstrated portfolio of diverse projects is preferred.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
• Ability to thrive working in a fast paced environment, with experience of managing and delivering to multiple project deadlines.
• An interest to harness the power of our community to drive visual and design output for the project
• Proficiency in English language and Excellent communication skills.
• Bonus: Experience creating and having your own NFTs.
