To achieve our ambitious goals, we’re seeking/looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist with solid crypto/blockchain knowledge and previous experience managing crypto exchanges, Web3 projects, or crypto fintech solutions to join our marketing team.

Your mission at Yellow:

• Define the roadmap for the selected business line in the Yellow ecosystem for the community, marketing, and partnerships/outreach and set up KPIs;
• Create go-to-market strategies informed by user insights and market research for one of the Yellow business lines [Yellow Exchange, Yellow Network, Yellow Trading, etc.];
• Execute multiple aspects of marketing, including branding and positioning, product, ads, content & education, social & community, influencer & affiliate marketing, events, and communications;
• Lead marketing announcements such as product launches and feature releases, working cross-functionally to stay on top of the latest internal developments;
• Conduct market research to find answers about user requirements, habits, and trends;
• Develop, A/B test, and deliver marketing campaigns to support revenue and growth of users/token holders;
• Analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies;
• Track KPIs and constantly monitor, analyze, and improve the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns and community feedback;
• Identify opportunities for new market reach and expanding market shares;
• Keep up with the latest developments in the crypto space and reach out to projects where appropriate to establish partnerships;
• Keep track of the market competition, trends, releases, etc., and turn them into market insights that can be used for the benefit of the business line;
• Coordinate content calendars across all channels.

Qualifications and Special Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience working in a product company in the position of marketing manager;
• Proven cases on the crypto market (tokens/exchanges/web3/crypto fintech);
• Advanced English is highly preferred;
• In-depth understanding and ability to manage the launch of the crypto products, categories, and marketing activations;
• Experience owning and managing product marketing strategy;
• Understanding and experience with marketing channels and tools (data analysis, email marketing, influence marketing, etc.);
• Understanding of user acquisition metrics such as LTV, DAU/MAU, CTR, MAT, CAC, CRR, etc.;
• Analytical ability to provide a summary of metrics, campaign results, etc.
