Are you looking to be a part of an ambitious company in the blockchain industry and contribute to the crypto-currency revolution that is changing the world?

WOO Network is looking for a seasoned Event/Community Manager to join our BD team. You will be taking care of the online and offline events and conferences in the crypto space, managing end-to-end planning to execution.

What will you do?

• Plan and execute virtual and in-person events strategy.
• Connect business priorities, goals and key messages for events.
• Coordinating and managing the pre-event promotion, on-the-day management and post-event follow-up activities.
• Produce compelling content for various distribution channels, including webinars and event materials, presentations, conferences and meetups.
• Creating user engagement by delivering exciting and innovative events to our WOO community.
• Help with the creative development of event initiatives, from branding, agenda design, content creation, and venue selection to event execution.
• Negotiate and run external partners/vendors for multiple events.
• Track the budget costs throughout the course of the event project.

What about you?

• High energy, fun and passion. A brilliant individual contributor inspired by ideas but team-oriented.
• 3+ years of offline and online event management and planning experience, at least some of which has been gained through fintech/crypto/blockchain events.
• Journalist/copywriter background.
• Experienced in all aspects of the marketing process: future products, current business, marketing communications, branding, positioning and messaging.
• Excellent communication, partnership, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills, flexibility and professional confidence.
• Demonstrated ability to efficiently work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in Polish is a must (Ukrainian/Russian will be a big plus).

What will you be working on?

• Responsible for executing finance operations including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables (including checking expense claims, raising payments and invoices)
• Set up and maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures
• Manage the tax compliance and audit process, familiar with internal control process, monitor day-to-day operation and ensure its compliance with both company policy and legal requirement
• Arrange supplier invoices and employee expenses payments, manage cash and bank balance controlling
• Provide accounting and financial relative supports to local or oversea offices

What do we expect from your background?

• Bachelor’s or above degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5 years above of finance and accounting experiences
• Big 4 experience preferred
• Solid accounting knowledge and be able to work independently
• Good understanding of Company Law and Tax Law
• Proficient in English and Mandarin 
• Ability to work in high volume environment; handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly

What will you be working on?

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary designers and drive product iterations.
• Be able to extend your skills and experience to the company’s digital product design, service design, and also being able to create new expressions for global branding.
• Get to implement innovative solutions to simplify complex problems in a variety of sectors and collaborate on and influence the different stages of a digital product and service.
• Take ownership of your area of expertise to elevate the project vision and carry it forward.
• Execute interaction design and visual design as a part of a multidisciplinary team working both independently and with our creative team.
• Help build and manage our visual systems and asset libraries.
• Work closely with our in-house copywriter, campaign managers, and product team to make design decisions informed by brand positioning, performance metrics, and business objectives for B2C and B2B audiences.
• Work within brand guidelines to create layouts that reinforce a brand’s style or voice through its visual touchpoints.
• Closely collaborate with IT and business teams to solve complex issues, like interaction models and data visualization.
• Juggle multiple projects while effectively managing timelines and expectations.

What will you be working on?

• Be responsible for the designing and developing all of our interactive projects.
• Help making the user experience of cryptocurrency platforms easy to use to the beginners and you will also help shaping the trading experience for professional traders.
• Conducting user research and analyzing user behavior. Researching on industry trends/ strategies and making competitor analysis.
• Evaluating user research from different sources and identifying key issues to create the new digital experiences in particular for mobile app.
• Collaborating with developers and designers to build interactive products.
• Refining and improving the user experiences of existing interactive process of products.
• Priority will be given to candidates who have experience designing trading tools, order entry, chart trading, etc.
