The Role

Our full-time Business Development Manager will spearhead our go-to-market, develop novel strategies, and build partnerships with major organizations.

Desired Qualifications

• Strong relationships with large web2 and web3 organizations with previous examples of partnerships built
  • Web2 partnerships might look like prior connections to corporate venture arms or strategy teams for PayPal, Visa, Disney
  • Web3 partnerships could involve connections to ecosystem funds or core development teams at Layer 1 protocols which we can use for data availability
    • 5+ years of ecosystem / BD experience
  • Web3 partnerships could also be connections to big Solana projects or teams who have not decided where to build
• Previous experience doing ecosystem for a crypto project - particularly interested in Moonbeam and Polygon

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of ecosystem / BD experience
• Willingness to understand ideal use cases for Eclipse - we will provide materials
• Experience managing an ecosystem team
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

We are building the communication infrastructure for Web3 that will onboard the next million users into crypto, defi, gamefi and the metaverse. We are a fully funded early-stage startup looking for a highly-skilled marketing associate to join us!

The Marketing Associate is an integral part of our Marketing team. You will be responsible for providing support to the Sales & BD team, and the Marketing team as they implement marketing campaigns and analyze their impact.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

• Understand every aspect of our products in order to effectively communicate them to a broad audience
• Gather data on campaign success, often through collecting audience feedback
• Develop A/B tests for campaigns
• Assist with all phases of the setup, facilitation and completion of marketing campaigns (social media outreach, AMAs, blogs & press releases etc.)
• Conduct market research to better understand the marketing needs of the organization and its target audience
• Maintain ownership and responsibility for your own projects
• Handling interdepartmental communications, regularly preparing data reports, and creating surveys, questionnaires and other tools to measure marketing impact
• Liase with marketing teams of web3/crypto startups to execute

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• 2+ years of B2B product marketing experience; demonstrated success marketing complex enterprise cloud software solutions
• Able to work independently with little management oversight
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop clear, concise, compelling messaging, and a persuasive writing style
• Strong presentation skills
• Proven ability to build relationships with other teams and across all levels
• Proven ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment
• Understanding of key trends in crypto and ability to interact with web3 startups (at minimum has personal interest in following the space)

What we’re looking for

As a Full Stack Engineer, you’ll develop full stack web applications that help crypto-native organizations, like DAOs, build and execute transactions fast. You will work closely with the co-founders, build the foundation of an engineering team from both a technical and cultural standpoint, and lead technically as the organization scales.

• Experience with or strong interest in crypto, DAOs, and web3
• Effective communication skills and high emotional intelligence
• Ability to execute faster than most people think is possible
• Entrepreneurial self-starter with project management skills
• Experience with Javascript/Typescript

• UX experience
• Ability to make architectural decisions and lead technically as we scale

• Experience reading and writing Solidity smart contracts, familiarity with security pitfalls
