About the Role

As a Product Manager, you will be joining our rapidly expanding team during an exciting phase of growth. You’ll work alongside passionate professionals who are dedicated to shaping the future of institutional staking services. This role combines deep technical cryptocurrency expertise with institutional-grade product development experience.

Your primary responsibility will be driving the product strategy and execution for our staking platform, working closely with engineering teams on protocol integrations and with institutional clients to understand and meet their sophisticated requirements. This position is central to our mission of delivering institutional-grade staking solutions while maintaining the highest standards of security and service quality.

What You Will Contribute

• Bring the product roadmap to life: Help shape and execute the product strategy, balancing technical infrastructure needs with institutional client requirements
• Drive technical excellence: Lead technical discussions around protocol integrations, smart contract functionality, and staking mechanisms across multiple chains
• Guide development process: Run effective sprint planning, retrospectives, and prioritization sessions while maintaining high-quality technical documentation and specifications
• Bridge technical and business domains: Translate complex protocol specifications and technical requirements into clear value propositions for institutional clients
• Champion user research: Conduct thorough research with institutional clients to deeply understand their staking needs, compliance requirements, and operational workflows
• Manage stakeholder relationships: Work effectively across engineering, sales, and client teams while maintaining strong relationships with protocol teams and the broader crypto ecosystem

What You Bring

• You bring extensive hands-on experience in cryptocurrency both from your own personal use and professionally. You are able to get into the weeds of various protocols, the current industry trends and the technical details of how blockchains work under the hood.
• You have a proven track record in B2B/enterprise SaaS product management, specifically in the cryptocurrency sector and a deep understanding of institutional/enterprise/crypto businesses.
• You can ‘product’ with your eyes closed and have extensive experience running successful product development cycles using agile methodologies. You can demonstrate your ability to shape your product thinking to the organisation and create successful processes, ways of working and approaches rather than just following the book.
• You can demonstrate the ability to write detailed technical specifications and translate complex concepts for various audiences.
• You have previous experience in a fast-paced cryptocurrency startup environment and that’s where you thrive.
• You have excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both engineering teams and institutional clients

Your primary responsibility will be leading the coordination of new blockchain integrations across our engineering, data, and client-facing teams. This crucial role serves as the cornerstone of our expansion strategy, ensuring seamless integration of new chains into our staking infrastructure while maintaining our high standards of service quality and security. There may also be opportunities across different technology and business teams to help lead and establish other processes and projects.

This is an exciting and high potential opportunity for a hands-on individual who can manage many parallel tasks in a fast-paced environment, someone who has a strong interest in digital assets and is looking to gain wider experience in institutional crypto activity within a very dynamic web3/crypto space. The role demands exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, as you’ll be managing complex processes involving multiple teams, numerous technical and operational nuances, and time-sensitive deliverables.

What You Will Contribute

• Lead collaboration and coordination: Ensure that all teams understand what they need to achieve and when, manage cross-team dependencies and be the main point of internal contact for all new chain launches and internal projects
• Develop robust processes: Create and implement comprehensive workflows and checklists that ensure all technical, operational, and compliance requirements are met for each new chain integration and internal projects
• Manage multiple parallel projects: Oversee the simultaneous integration of several new blockchains per quarter, ensuring deadlines are met and standards are upheld as well as other high priority projects from across the technology or business functions.
• Champion quality assurance: Establish and maintain rigorous testing protocols and validation processes to ensure all new chain integrations meet Twinstake’s high standards
• Foster cross-functional excellence: Facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration across teams, ensuring best practices are documented and ensure that the nuances of the chain are built for successfully.

What You Bring

• Strong understanding of and previous work experience within the crypto/blockchain sector, ideally staking or protocol infrastructure
• Strong understanding of the requirements and nuances of institutional client types with experience crafting marketing campaigns and collateral to them
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• An eye for detail whilst also being able to take a 100ft view of what’s happening
• Ability to perform individually and as part of a high performing team
• High energy, you are passionate and you enjoy being challenged
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities for process improvement
• Prior exposure of working in a start-up environment or have a passion to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Marketing Manager to join our growing team. You will play a key role in creating and managing marketing collateral, supporting client enablement initiatives, and driving distribution across multiple channels. This role will focus heavily on hands-on execution through a variety of initiatives, supporting the Head of Product and collaborating across functions. Your work will focus on engaging institutional clients through tailored materials, content updates, and regular outreach via social media, newsletters, and other channels.

This role requires a versatile and generalist marketeer with a hands-on approach, capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment. You will need to be highly creative, data-driven, and passionate about the future of digital assets and its impact on the traditional industries.

What you will contribute:

• Product Collateral Development: Create product one-pagers, user guides, and tailored content for various client types, ensuring that materials effectively communicate value and align with brand standards
• Enablement Support: Prepare and lead enablement sessions, developing resources that empower internal teams and ensure alignment on product positioning
• Content Management: Manage website content updates, collaborating on improvements that highlight the company’s value proposition and provide clients with accessible resources
• Content Distribution: Develop and distribute newsletters, announcements, thought leadership articles, and other collateral across social media, email, and other channels
• Event & Webinar Support: Assist in planning and executing webinars, conferences, and other events, including developing supporting materials and promoting events to maximize reach and engagement
• Performance Monitoring: Track and report on content performance, analysing engagement metrics to refine future outreach strategies

What you bring:

• Substantial experience of executing product marketing activities in a similar role
• Strong understanding of crypto/blockchain and ideally staking
• Strong understanding of the requirements and nuances of institutional client types with experience crafting marketing campaigns and collateral to them
• A degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
• Strong content creation and distribution experience, familiarity with social media platforms, and basic website management (CMS) skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in using marketing software and tools
• Ability to perform individually and as part of a high performing team
