StripChain is looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join their team on a full time basis to lead the design and the protocol into production and maintain the distributed system and our architecture to welcome a new era of interoperability and architecture for building dapps.

This role is ideal for a proactive problem solver with a penchant for deep technical challenges, strong communication skills, and a builder mentality.

You’ll be helping bridge the gap between our backend infra and front end - which builds pixel perfect experiences for our users.

What you’II do:

• Write performant SDKs/libraries enabling developers to seamlessly build completely new applications with StripChain’s intent infrastructure.
• Maintain/improve our SDKs to help bring chain abstraction to life.
• Build the core applications for Stripchain (Dex, wallet, Staking)
• Work on our explorers (Intent explorer, blockchain explorer)
• Contribute to our developer documentation and make StripChain the smoothest developer and user experience in crypto.
• Work with our product and engineering team to prioritise and deliver high-quality features that align with the product vision and business goals.
• Implement pixel perfect web3 applications, integrating smart contracts and libraries in Typescript and React.
• Ensure that components are functional, elegant, performant, and mobile-friendly.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a frontend engineering role, including Typescript and React
• 3+ years of experience in a web3 frontend engineering role, and significant experience with web3 libraries like ethers and viem
• Experience building SDKs, APIs, or otherwise building and maintaining a production system at scale
• Capable of independently leading projects and unifying cross-functional teams through exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Need to be loyal, dedicated, kind, and patient.
• You can have some overlap with the UTC timezone.

• Previous frontend work with cross-chain applications and an understanding of how to improve the developer experience

StripChain is looking for a Backend Engineer to join their team on a full time basis to lead the design and the protocol into production and maintain the distributed system and our architecture to welcome a new era of interoperability and architecture for building dapps.

This role is ideal for a proactive problem solver with a penchant for deep technical challenges, strong communication skills, and a builder mentality.

You’ll be helping contribute to a cutting-edge distributed system, navigating nuanced trade-offs between latency, fault tolerance, and incentives.

What You’ll Do:

• Contribute to the development and scaling of StripChain, specifically the StripVM, responsible for connecting different blockchains and for managing intents.
• Help launch and maintain our blockchain built on the arbitrum orbit chain.
• Develop and refine networking layers and P2P protocols to ensure high performance and reliability for our stripVM
• Maintain and enhance protocol services.
• Help build and integrate peripheral products in the ecosystem.
• Take charge of protocol documentation in the StripChain ecosystem.
• Write high-quality, well-tested code that meets production-grade standards.
• Help write APIs and SDKs as we need.
• Give hands with the smart contract development and extra tools creation etc.

Who You Are

• 4-10 years of hands-on experience in building production-grade distributed systems, skilled in Go.
• Proven track record in designing scalable, high-throughput architectures.
• Extensive experience in end-to-end testing of consensus or distributed system protocols.
• Deep understanding of fault-tolerant systems, including Byzantine Fault Tolerance (BFT) and other relevant models.
• Capable of independently leading projects and unifying cross-functional teams through exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Need to be loyal, dedicated, kind, patient.

Nice to have:

• Very strong blockchain fundamentals and can pick up new technologies and ecosystem fast
• Worked with Solidity or other smart contract languages.
• Experience in working with MPC libraries - do highlight in your application, if you do.
