As a Digital Designer, you will be:

• Visualizing and designing original ideas that bring simplicity and ease of use to complex design issues
• Being a conceptual thinker as well as a craftsperson. We value design that is clean, focused, and inspiring to others
• You will work with our conceptual creatives to develop new designs and ideas for different digital campaigns
• Creating marketing assets such as Marketing Collaterals, Digital Campaigns, posts, GIFs, Brochures, Illustrations, Web Collateral, Social Media Collateral, etc. to effectively amplify our Social Media presence.
• Ensuring all visual communication is aligned with the brand, while also meeting usability and website standards
• Working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with the brand, marketing, and dev teams
• Building positive relationships with the team and communicating on project status and updates
• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to come up with new design perspectives, ideas, and style guides for particular campaigns
• Experience: 3+ years of hands-on design experience with a strong portfolio of work

To be a Digital Designer at SilentDAO:

• You must possess expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other graphic design/prototyping tools.
• Motion design is a plus.
• Webflow is a plus.
• Keep up to date with the latest visual trends and developments in the motion design & web3.0 space.
• A digital mindset; experience working in a customer - centric digital environment
• Ability to create storyboards, wireframes, and high - fidelity designs
• You possess an intensely collaborative spirit. You share early and iterate quickly
• Ability to think creatively and critically about design problems
• Admiration for typography, visual systems, and simplicity
• Experience managing a high volume of designs in parallel
• Having a high tolerance for ambiguity and sharp attention to design detail

• A passion for DeFi, NFTs, etc. and a willingness to learn more

About the role:

We are looking for an exceptional full-stack engineer to join our team and work closely with our CTO and other developers to build zero-knowledge infrastructure and products to ensure our rapid growth and continued innovation in this exciting space!

This role will also have the opportunity to work on confidential/special projects and continue innovating in this exciting space!

Experience with blockchain, zksnarks, solidity, and Web3 is required.

What to expect:

• Make a HUGE impact by helping to bring ideas to reality as a core member of a lean, passionate, and friendly team
• Take ownership of the product and take charge of your department
• Architecture and design of distributed protocols with an emphasis on security, performance, and scalability
• Write, deploy, and test smart contracts and maintain them in production
• Develop and own best practices for protocol upgrades and versioning across different networks
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design on the user-facing applications built around our smart contract protocols
• Mentor other engineers in in-depth Solidity/EVM topics and best practices
• Stay up to date with the latest Solidity releases, developer tooling, and exploits
• Work with the latest Zero Knowledge toolings and work in the advancement of the zk field

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in software development
• 2+ years of smart contract development including production deployments of original, non-trivial protocols and related security audits
• Passion for writing concise, performant, and extensible code to create reliable and scalable products
• Extensive experience with Git & Github
• Extreme proficiency with Solidity and the EVM
• Experience designing distributed protocols
• Experience designing, building, testing, deploying, and maintaining high-traffic smart contracts
• Experience building and managing a protocol with significant TVL is a plus
• Ability to balance shipping quickly with building a stable infrastructure
• With a hustler mentality, founding a company or building side projects is a plus!
• Strong knowledge of Node.js
• Strong expertise in JavaScript/ES6/typescript
• Good understanding of the HTTP stack
• Experience designing, building, extending, and implementing APIs
• Familiarity with cloud services, job queues, message brokers, container technologies, and microservice architectures
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Someone who advocates for and understands how to incrementally refactor code to continually improve a codebase while ensuring that the systems are designed to scale.
• Strong coding practices including peer code reviews, unit testing, and a preference for agile development
• Strong technical and non-technical communication abilities, both verbal and written

Bonus points for:

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Maths, or another related technical field.
• Experience implementing complex math in Solidity
• Experience with React, Redux, and other frontend technologies
• Previous experience in a start-up environment
• Experience using CI/CD | Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment systems
• Previous experience in a highly scaled, major tech company
• Experience working with and building structures to extract, transform, and load blockchain transaction data
• Experience with writing ETL processes
• A deep understanding of the Ethereum Virtual Machine

About the role

We want to work with deeply technical people who wants to change the world. As a full-stack-based, front-end engineer, you will be focused on building high-fidelity UI and focus on championing the user experience for our flagship products, and will be building necessary libraries for integration with our backend and frontend. We work with solidity, circom, snarykJS, and typescript as our backend tech stack. You will also be leading the integration of our backend into our front-end and will be delivering users industry-leading user experience.

Key Outcomes

• Develop and maintain various front-end interface applications that directly or indirectly bolster different SilentDAO protocols.
• Rapidly implement functional UI elements from design mocks, with an eye toward performance and accessibility.
• Ensure that components are functional, elegant, performant, and mobile-friendly. -Integrate our back-end components into our front-end and develop a keen understanding of system architecture.
• Be able to analyze our overall software architecture and add incremental improvements to it, every single work day.

Functional Competencies

• Familiarity with the web3 tech stack- frontend and backend.
• Highly familiar with ether.js, the graph etc (web3 frontend stack)
• Interested in learning new technologies
• Good knowledge of the English language, written and spoken.

Behavioral Competencies

• Proactively take inspiration from DeFi peers and implement features to improve overall UX and functionality for the stakeholders.
• Work with team members to identify, manage, and resolve bugs or changes to deliverables in order to ensure they are at a level of quality expected from all stakeholders.

• Demonstrated passion for decentralized finance (DeFi).
