Duties

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns
• Carry on the relations with the current Influencers & KOLs, handle their questions & issues, keep them updated with new developments all the time and build a stronger relationship with them
• Analyze and identify the Influencers’ social medias
• Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and key opinion leaders
• Actively search and make connections with new influencers
• Develop content ideas, write and curate content
• Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and users
• Brainstorm new, creative approaches for influencer campaigns
• Create the influencer performance analysis, metrics and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
• Working experience in web3/crypto is mandatory
• Proven track record in outreach campaign strategies
• Proven track record in collaborating with Influencers
• In depth knowledge of social media marketing industry

Job Summary

We seek a creative and experienced Head of Marketing to manage a team of copywriters, design, paid ads and PR. As a Head of Marketing, you should have a proven track record of managing the team of professionals, working towards increasing team efficiency and thus output quality, should be able to base your actions on data insights, should come up with growth hacking strategies and implement them, should be able to identify trends on market; working experience in a web3 company is a must.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Creating and executing the marketing strategy with the Founder and CEO of Seedify overseeing the process, making sure that all the marketing initiatives are in line with our brand and positioning and executed in a timely manner.
• Creating growth hacking strategies, monitoring overall process, implementation and execution with the right team members.
• Creating and managing the marketing roadmap, identifying the key areas for the development
• Managing members of the marketing team
• Conduct and present competitive analysis and market research
• Getting involved in searching for beneficial partnerships and making useful collaborations
• Overseeing marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards
• Making sure the right KPIs are being set and met
• Communicating with projects to gain an understanding of their marketing needs and objectives and help them to run the successful marketing campaigns

Qualifications and Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience as Head of Marketing, VP Marketing or Growth Hacking Lead preferably within the crypto ecosystem
• Working experience in Web3 companies.
• Fluent English speaker and writer
• Excellent communication skills
• Marketing or Communications Bachelor Degree
• Proven track record with growth hacking and running the successful marketing campaigns
• Solid knowledge of web analytics
• Data driven and strategic thinker
• Pro user Excel/Google sheets and other essential programs for reporting metrics and making presentations
• Working experience in Gaming Industry is a major plus.

Job Summary

Seedify, N1 Blockchain Gaming Launchpad is looking for a creative and experienced full-time Paid Advertising Specialist to join the team with a passion for performance marketing and digital marketing strategy. You will execute campaigns and omptimize them within the ads platforms, manage the ads budget, work on the account analysis & reporting to contribute to strategy. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with senior analyst and the entire Seedify Marketing team to formulate strategic actions for Seedify.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Strategize and create Paid Ads campaigns for various platforms - Google Ads, Facebook Ads etc. also Crypto focused ad platforms (Coinzilla, A-Ads, and others)
• Develop all our paid media campaigns, being responsible for the entire cycle, from strategy creation, management, and continuous adjustments
• Track events/conversions through GTM and pixels
• Do A/B tests;
• Manage and split the budget across the ad platform to maximize results
• Monitor the performance of the campaigns on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to ensure maximum efficiency
• Provide weekly reports with expenditure and ads results.

Qualifications and Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Paid Ads
• Fluent English speaker and writer
• Business, Marketing of Communication Bachelor Degree - Masters degree is a plus
• Proficiency in Google Ads and Google Analytics - hands-on experience on both platforms is required
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Great analytics skills
• Experience working with Excel/Google sheets for reporting metrics constructing pivot tables and working with Google Data Studio for report automatization would be a plus.

In addition to the monthly Salary of $2,5K (will be paid in stables like BUSD/USDT), there will be a big semi-annual bonus of 2,5K SFUND token.
