The Role 💻

prePO is looking for a Senior Front-End Engineer to architect, develop, test, and deploy front-end code for novel DeFi applications.

Candidates should have excellent React proficiency, strong technical leadership, a consistent track record of solving critical engineering problems, and a strong interest in DeFi and crypto in general.

Our core tech stack is React, Next.js, TypeScript, MobX, mst-gql, ethers.js and TypeChain for writing application logic, Jest for testing, ESLint and Prettier for code style and safety, and Vercel for CI/CD.

Candidates without Web3 development experience are welcome to apply and will be trained up.

The Role 💻

prePO is looking for a Web3 Business Development Representative to take ownership over partnerships, integrations and collaborations for prePO.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Play a key role in shaping prePO’s BD strategy
• Collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functionally across the team
• Identify, reach out to and qualify potential partners across the web3 space
• Propose and negotiate creative win-win partnerships with other projects, including giveaways, integrations, treasury diversification deals, co-AMAs, and more
• Pitch speaking/feature opportunities with podcasts and media outlets
• Streamline and optimize the BD pipeline via automation tools and data-driven decision-making
• Cultivate new and ongoing relationships with key players in the web3 space

This role is initially part-time, with the the possibility of transitioning to a full-time position as you excel in your responsibilities.

prePO is seeking a senior-level hybrid Frontend Engineer & UI/UX Designer to lead the design and implementation of frontends for our DeFi trading platform.

In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end process of design and frontend development, from research, planning, ideation and designing in Figma, to implementation, smart contract integration, testing and iteration, all in close collaboration with leadership and other engineers. You will also have the opportunity to build subgraphs, create Dune dashboards, interview candidates, improve upon our DevOps tooling, contribute to high-level frontend architecture decisions, and more!

prePO is looking for a Lead Community Manager to take ownership over a wide variety of both strategic and day-to-day aspects of the prePO community. This role requires someone who is extremely proactive, organized, adaptive, and reliable, a master of Crypto Twitter and Discord, with outstanding communication skills, a knack for developing personal relationships, and proven experience building communities.

• always remain deeply familiar with how prePO works and the latest developments
• compile regular digests of prePO updates and other news relevant to pre-public markets, and communicate these to our community via our blog, mailing list, and social media channels
• continuously monitor our social media channels, and engage meaningfully with both our community and the wider crypto community as a representative of prePO
• maintain and promote a vibrant community culture on Discord and other community channels
• act as a bridge to relay back critical feedback and pain points back to the team
• actively seek out and organize potential marketing opportunities, including collaborations, features in media outlets, speaking opportunities, or advertising opportunities, and maintain these relationships
• organize and host regular community calls and other community events

prePO is looking for a Senior Social Media Manager to take charge of prePO’s social accounts and craft our social media strategy. This role will engage cross-functionally across the organization to be the voice of the prePO brand on Twitter and other social media channels.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Drive user adoption, awareness, engagement, and education around the prePO platform, PPO token, and Acquisition Royale, through creative and engaging content
• Be the brand voice of prePO across social media channels
• Design and execute social media strategies, including defining and analyzing community growth and engagement metrics
• Scale prePO’s social media strategy through new hires and workflow improvements
• Host regular events across prePO’s social media channels, e.g. Twitter Spaces

• have proven expertise in image editing to create compelling infographics, memes, gifs, and other marketing assets
• have significant experience collaborating cross-functionally within a remote organization
• have a track record of organizing and hosting engaging livestream events, e.g. Twitter Spaces, YouTube Live
• have a proven track record of planning and executing innovative and successful social media marketing campaigns
• have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and high emotional intelligence
• have significant experience hiring and managing other social media managers
• always have a pulse on the latest developments within the DeFi and broader crypto landscape, and the ability to weave this knowledge into prePO’s social media strategy

Our Hiring Process 📝

Our interview process takes place via Zoom and generally consists of the following stages:

• Recruiter call (20-30 minutes)
• Screen call with a team member (30 minutes)
• In-depth practical interview (45-60 minutes)
