- Client Relationship Management -- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, including pensions, endowments, sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies, banks, and other financial institutions. Understand the unique needs and requirements of each client and provide tailored solutions based on their investment objectives.
- Product Knowledge -- Develop a deep understanding of our treasury bills products and be able to articulate their features, benefits, and risks to clients. Stay informed about market trends, economic indicators, and the rest of the market. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients, competitors, and industry trends. Provide regular updates and reports on market conditions, client feedback, and sales performance.
- Sales and Business Development -- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the institutional client base. Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and contribute to the overall growth of the institutional liquidity business.
- Collaboration -- Work closely with internal teams, including product development, sales operations, risk management, and compliance, to ensure seamless execution of client transactions and compliance with regulations. Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations governing treasury bills sales, and ensure all transactions and client interactions adhere to compliance standards and guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in institutional sales within the financial industry, with preference for focus on institutional liquidity products.
- Strong understanding of financial markets
- Excellent written & verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

About the Role
Ondo is looking for a PR & Communications Lead to lead strategic communications and media relations.
In this role, you will join the Ondo Finance’s marketing team, leading our media and agency relations, supporting go-to-market PR strategies for new launches, and crafting the story and vision of Ondo for audiences across both Web3 and traditional finance.
This is a global role, interfacing with media and partners from North America to APAC.
This person excels at storytelling and can work with senior leadership to synthesize Ondo’s vision and momentum into a digestible narrative that can be told through earned and owned marketing channels.
The ideal candidate has a results-driven comms track record of strategizing and executing PR functions or journalist experience, and has a strong network of journalist and media relationships.
This person is an excellent writer and skilled communicator who can simplify complex financial concepts, with demonstrated experience on projects at the intersection of blockchain, traditional finance and decentralized finance.
We are specifically seeking candidates with a background in crypto and finance, with an understanding of how blockchain and tokenization can be leveraged in industries such as financial services, investing, and DeFi.
This role will report to our Head of Marketing and execute high-quality content and media relations strategies.
What You’ll Achieve:
•PR Strategy - Develop and execute strategic PR campaigns and announcements, setting the goals, tactics, strategy and execution to secure high-quality coverage in crypto and traditional financial media publications
•Media Contacts - Leverage existing and cultivate new relationships between media targets and Ondo Finance across traditional/mainstream financial media and web3 trade press and journalists
•Proactive Pitching –Identify press and thought leadership opportunities, and earn timely placement in key stories
•Narrative Development - Work directly with the Executive Team to articulate Ondo Finance’s messaging and develop proactive talking points for our products and media engagements
•Agency Management - Manage the relationship and performance of external PR agencies
•Content Creation - Support new partner and product announcements by contributing to press releases, opinion pieces, thought leadership content, and more
•Results Oriented - Grow Ondo’s share of voice, and demonstrably measure and report the performance and success of our PR initiatives
What we're looking for:
•Experience: 8+ years of experience in Communications / PR at an agency or in-house, with a track record of delivering quality results in traditional finance, crypto, blockchains, or DeFi
•Expertise: Deep understanding of blockchain, web3 ecosystems, DeFi, financial services, and Public Relations
•Network: Strong media relationships in Web3, blockchain, and adjacent financial services
•Robust writing and editing skills: Experience writing about blockchain, tokenization, financial products and services, DeFi applications and protocols. Specifically has the ability to simplify complex topics into educational content for media and readers.
•Adaptable: Can manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and establish structure and processes that scale
•Media savvy: an understanding of what stories will, and will not, resonate with the media.
•Partial (5hr) daily overlap with EST — typically this means you're located in the Americas unless you're willing to work unusual hours

About the Role
Ondo is looking for an experienced Creative Director to lead a nimble design team. This role is both a leader and a doer. You will lead and hands-on create the designs and creative direction for Ondo’s brand and assets, including the development of Ondo’s brand architecture, design system, brand strategy, and execution, including visual elements and content.
The Creative Director will play a key role in bringing the strategic vision of Ondo Finance to life and communicating its value proposition to the world. You are able to direct design strategy as well as roll up your sleeves to independently execute designs through channels like social media, graphic design, and more.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the design function at Ondo Finance and lead a team of designers that bring Ondo’s vision to life.
What You’ll Achieve:
•Execute and Lead: You will both create and provide art direction to build awareness and grow our presence across audience touch points, products, and local markets
•Drive a design system that aligns with our brand and ensure consistency across Ondo’s products and marketing channels
•Develop the creative strategy, visual language, voice, and personality of creative, with a focus on awareness and integrated campaign work
•Build relationships with cross functional team members and executives to effectively manage process, deliverables and design needs
•Deliver outstanding art direction, photography and video direction, design, typography and campaign systems and support creation of assets for sales enablement, presentations, and digital storytelling needs
•Create organization and project management processes that scale; processes should work well cross-functionally to other teams to meet their creative needs
•Identify gaps in our capabilities - when we need to build and when we need to source specialists and agencies, if needed

What we're looking for:
•At least 7+ years of professional experience leading design teams at an agency or an in-house design team
•A compelling digital portfolio, preferably gaining from traditional finance and blockchain companies
•Expertise: Experience designing in blockchain, web3, DeFi, financial services categories
•Willingness to be hands-on. This individual will be required to create and execute, as well as lead.
•Extensive technical knowledge of branding systems is a plus
•Understands high-quality output and is deeply obsessed with all work being in-line with brand systems and visual identities
