The role you’re applying for

With the expansion of our AI capabilities, we’re looking to onboard a ML Ops Engineer to build cutting-edge AI/ML solutions in the emerging field of Web3, enhancing user engagement with personalized smart wallet features. You will play a key role in building our recommendation systems and AI-assistant.

What you’ll be doing

• Deploy and manage machine learning models for real-time recommendation systems and AI agents within the company’s smart wallet platform.
• Build robust, scalable, and low-latency ML deployment pipelines to handle real-time Web3 data streams.
• Optimize ML model inference times and integrate them seamlessly with APIs and backend systems.
• Design and maintain monitoring systems to evaluate deployed model performance and data drift.
• Collaborate with data scientists to convert experiments into production-grade solutions.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for continuous model updates.
• Research and evaluate ML frameworks and tools for scalable deployment in a cloud-based environment.

What we’re looking for

• 5-7 years of experience working with ML deployment tools and frameworks like MLflow.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Expertise in API development and microservices for seamless ML integration.
• Knowledge of distributed computing for large-scale ML model deployment.
• Familiarity with model optimization techniques like quantization and pruning.
• Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in REST and GraphQL APIs.

Nice to have:

• Exposure to blockchain and Web3 technologies, especially handling on-chain/off-chain data for AI use cases.

You will play a key role in building our recommendation systems and AI-assistant.

What you’ll be doing

• Perform advanced analytics and statistical modeling on on-chain and external (off-chain) data to derive actionable insights.
• Develop predictive models to forecast market trends, user behavior, and asset performance in the cryptocurrency space.
• Build and refine recommendation engines to enhance user experience, such as portfolio optimization suggestions, NFT recommendations, and tailored Web3 services.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure efficient data pipeline integration for real-time analytics.
• Design experiments and conduct A/B testing to validate the impact of recommendations and AI-driven decisions.
• Build AI agents that function as smart portfolio managers.
• Stay updated with emerging trends in blockchain analytics and data science methodologies.

What we’re looking for

• 5-7 years of strong background in building machine learning models and performing statistical analysis.
• Expertise in Python and data science libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
• Experience with big data platforms and query languages (e.g., SQL, Spark).
• Familiarity with time-series analysis and predictive modeling techniques.
• Ability to analyze large datasets from blockchain and Web3 platforms for sentiment analysis and behavioral patterns.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with blockchain and Web3 ecosystems, including understanding of cryptocurrency markets.
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) for extracting insights from social media or forums.

We’re on the lookout for a Senior Software Engineer with a knack for steering projects from inception to scale-up. If you thrive on delivering impactful products and possess a solid foundation in constructing scalable distributed systems, we’d love to have you on board. Joining early, you’ll actively shape an innovative product and bring it to market while working closely with the leadership team to contribute to the company’s success.

What you’ll be doing

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will:

• Design, Develop and Maintain event driven micro services, creating robust APIs and middleware which facilitate secure and efficient interactions across blockchains
• Optimize blockchain data processing, implementing efficient methods for ingesting, storing, and querying on-chain data to support real-time analytics and user-facing applications
• Collaborate on cross functional autonomous squads, working closely with React Native mobile developers and product teams to deliver quality features in timely manner
• Contributing to application architecture that supports the product teams aspirational goals by considering performance, privacy, security, and maintainability
• Foster a collaborative and communicative environment where everyone is inspired to solve problems, and achieve shared goals

What we’re looking for

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially written
• Senior Software Engineer with 5+ years of professional hands-on experience
• Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms
• Strong experience with building and maintaining scalable microservices systems
• Strong knowledge of event driven development and functional programming
• Strong knowledge of Node.js
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (i.e TypeScript, Go)
• Proficiency in one or more Web3 libraries (i.e Web3.js or Ethers.js or Viem)
• Proficiency in crafting high-quality tests that enhance system functionality and reliability

Bonus skills

• Experience in integrating Web3 Infrastructure Solutions (i.e Moralis, Alchemy, Biconomy, Turnkey)
• Experience with building aggregation pipelines and indexing, utilizing various data sources (for example, external APIs, Web3 Providers, Smart contract events)
• Working knowledge of microserices frameworks (i.e Moleculer, NestJS)
• Deep interest in software, desire to understand the why and the how of everything you work on
• Experience with agile development methodologies

The role you’re applying for

The main objective of the “Growth Intern” position at Onchain is to drive engagement, expand community presence, and increase Onchain’s visibility across community platforms (Telegram, Galxe, and others) and X. As a Growth intern, you will play a key role in enhancing Onchain’s brand awareness by interacting with the crypto community and contributing to the overall growth strategy.

What you’ll be doing

• Contribute to Onchain’s Telegram account and interact with the community members.
• Use Onchain’s X account to engage with the community and other relevant companies.
• Assist in executing community-based activities and boost engagement & the follower base in X.
• Stay updated with current trends, memes, and news within the Web3 space to support content creation.
• Create & support community engagement activities such as giveaways, polls, and AMAs (X Spaces).
• Report community growth performance, providing data-driven insights to improve strategy.
• Collaborate with community and content teams to align efforts across platforms.

What we’re looking for

• Passion for Web3 and high levels of degeneracy.
• Prior experience in community management or moderation on Telegram and X.
• High degree of creativity, especially when it comes to memes and viral content.
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to the fast-paced nature of the space.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Extra credits

• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, or Photoshop.
