Compliance Lead, Monitoring and Testing @ Okcoin
- Own, design and manage the Compliance Monitoring and Testing Program, including but not limited to strategy, roadmap and controls to address regulatory requirements.
- Lead, train and mentor a team responsible for conducting comprehensive reviews globally.
- Establish a process to centrally track and validate the implementation of remediation plans submitted by issue owners verifying issues identified during testing have been remediated.
- Communicate our compliance framework and CMT Program requirements to all relevant stakeholders (internal and external).
- Engage cross-functionally (with groups such as Engineering, Legal, Product, and Risk) to establish global processes, standards, documentation and test plans.
- Assist with special projects as needed, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- 4+ years of experience in compliance within financial services, FinTech or cryptocurrency industries.
- Experience in compliance monitoring and testing roles, preferably overseeing CMT programs, testing plans, and activities across a global footprint.
- Knowledge and understanding of financial services regulations, compliance, policies, process, and procedures.
- Proven leadership and project management skills to drive alignment across stakeholder groups to develop and deliver repeatable end-to-end monitoring and testing processes and controls.
- Ability to manage initiatives involving process improvements and to lead projects with high risk and complexity.
- Comprehensive understanding of operational risk management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to interact and lead discussions comfortably with senior levels of management and regulators.
- Proven ability to work within and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, critical thinker and adept at working independently and in a dispersed team environment covering multiple and varied tasks.
- Intuitive, highly ethical and comfortable to question and challenge.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Familiarity with BSA/AML, money transmission and consumer protection regulations, and industry best practices.

Senior Manager, Compensation and Benefits @ Okcoin
- Support OK group Total Rewards strategy development and enhancement. Ensure the competitive pay positioning by C&B related policies/guideline design and build up, including but not limited to annual salary review, base pay design, annual bonus review and etc.
- Drive company level short-term and long-term incentive design and implementation. Work as the focal point with business functions for various sales incentive plans. Creates effective communication strategy for incentive programs and gain support from key stakeholders.
- Conduct benchmarking studies to analysis and evaluate the effectiveness of current policies/guidelines. Make proposals for gap areas and enhancement points.
- Conduct the annual C&B programs, like annual salary review, LTI grant, benefits review, salary survey and etc.
- Able to effectively partner with HRBP and other HR functions. Work closely with business and HR team to manage, consult, and resolve compensation and benefits issues.
- Provides training to HR staff & business on processes and professional practices within the total rewards process and will directly interact with all levels of employees
- Efficiently manage workflow and deadlines. Well push forward the program from project management view. Able to do short- and long-term planning, make policy and program recommendations. Recommend/initiate new approaches, policies, and procedures to support continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s Degree with solid knowledge and experience of Compensation & Benefits design. Sales incentive and long term incentive design project experience will be a plus.
- Self-motivated. Can work under pressure and able to adjustment to the rapid changing environments.
- Commitment to the company’s values with ability to demonstrate those positively and proactively across the organization.
- Strong communication skills. Able to drive business conversation and have positive influence
- Demonstrated strong financial acumen and business insights in designing incentive programs

About the Team:
The Compliance function at OKX is responsible for the overall compliance culture at the company. We’re a team of risk-minded problem solvers who advise the business on the company’s regulatory obligations and enterprise risk.
Our Compliance Monitoring and Testing (CMT) team, in particular, is an independent oversight function responsible for planning and execution of assurance activities. The goal is to help ensure the systems, processes and controls are operating effectively and sustainably.

This role will oversee the development of the Compliance Monitoring and Testing Program, partnering closely with other Compliance Leaders, Legal, Product, Engineering and Risk.
