Founded in 2022 by 4 associates passionate about the ecosystem and with a solid background, Nomiks focuses on creating, developing and sanitizing the crypto/blockchain ecosystem.

In order to maintain strong growth, we are looking for a profile to accompany us in structuring and developing the Go To Market & marketing part of the company.

Missions

• Participate in the definition of the company’s strategy
• Lead and structure our CM strategy
• Production of communication media
• Optimize the exploitation of existing acquisition channels
• Identify new acquisition channels
• Community animation
• Penetration of new communities
• Participate in the company’s Go to Market strategy
• Develop creative campaigns that use traditional and new media supports
• Track return on investment of marketing projects and analyze customer behavior to ensure that campaigns are successful
• Identify target audiences, industry trends and market opportunities
• Establish a link with external agencies or suppliers as requested by management
• Use digital platforms such as social media and the Web to interact with customers
• Conduct research on products, competition and industry trends while staying up-to-date on emerging technologies
• Manage the distribution of promotional materials, including posters, flyers and other promotional documents

Profile

• Experience in marketing or CM crypto is a strong plus
• Appetite for blockchain and cryptocurrencies
• Able to structure and energize marketing
• Autonomous and proactive
• Mastery of English is mandatory, french a good plus
• Able to work in an agile environment
• Mastery of design tools such as Canva or Adobe (or others)
• Big plus: Already active in crypto communities

Background

• Experience in finance or cryptocurrencies would be a plus
• Having already worked in a startup would be a plus
