Events Marketing Manager @ nitra
31d - Own our NYC events strategy and raise the bar by coming up with creative ways to engage our target audience and drive attendance.
- Manage operations for conferences, including negotiating exhibit space, overseeing creation and delivery of Marketing collateral, and supporting logistics
- Manage digital events strategy - e.g. webinars
- Manage Social media interactions with target customers - e.g. influencers, KOLs, and potential event attendees
- Streamline event processes to identify and deliver on high-impact opportunities, including setting the right KPIs for each event/event type and exceptional execution - setting clear timelines and expectations with leadership
- Set air-tight processes with Sales, ensuring list management, outreach, and measurement follow consistent, proven, approaches - ensuring pre-event outreach and post-event follow up is exceptional and supports the success of our events
- Strategize, build, and execute integrated event campaigns via email campaigns, paid ads, etc. to drive engagement pre-event and post-event
- Identify, manage and reconcile Event Team budget
- Review and process contracts, and ensure proper timing of outbound payments
- Manage corporate swag and collateral for events use
- Proven track record of success organizing and managing events - both social in-person events and professional conferences
- Experience leveraging social media to complement events strategy. Deeper social media management experience is a plus
- Desire to attend and oversee in-person events in the NYC area 2-3 times a week - engaging with customers and building relationships as the face of Nitra at these events
- Enjoy working in an unstructured start-up environment (lack of process does not frustrate you)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – experience working in the healthcare space/with doctors is a plus
- Expert level time management and organizational skills – adept at handling and frequently re-prioritizing a high volume of tasks
- The ability to see challenges as opportunities to level up. High-achieving and goal-oriented. A self-starter, you are always able to understand the bigger picture, and take a leading role to impact it

Enterprise Account Executive @ nitra
64d - Manage the sales cycle from lead generation through successful acquisition of new accounts
- Proactively identify and target other potential Enterprise verticals that would find value in Nitra’s offerings
- Continuously build a target prospect list of major enterprises and qualify leads
- Educate healthcare professionals on Nitra's offering
- Establish Nitra as the preferred financial partner for practices and providers
- Collaborate with Operations and Product Development to serve the needs of practices
- Support the broader Nitra team on key projects and initiatives
- 5+ years of sales or business development experience selling to enterprise-size companies and healthcare providers
- Experience navigating and utilizing a CRM
- A network of medical enterprises to leverage
- A track record of resilience in sales – regularly achieving and exceeding goals
- Experience working cross functionally with Marketing, Partnerships, Product Management, and Operations, providing and receiving feedback to perfect both our product and our pitch
- Preference for candidates with prior tech and/or seed stage experience
- A strong understanding of commercial agreements, legal terms, and negotiation levers and tactics
- A scrappy and humble attitude, with a desire to roll up your sleeves to get things done for the greater good of the team
- Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to distill and convey complex business concepts to C-suite executives at Nitra and external accounts

We are beginning our first chapter as a mission-driven fintech startup by addressing gaps in the healthcare sector.
Nitra is focused on the imminent need in Healthcare for modern financial solutions that integrate seamlessly with the complex business processes of the industry. Our goal is to provide an ecosystem of fintech and software solutions that help doctors better manage their practices, so they can focus on their patients.
Starting with the first credit card built specifically for doctors, Nitra will expand to bring physicians and medical clinics around the country the loans, accounts, payments, and expense management products they expect, in an all-in-one platform powered by machine learning and blockchain technologies.
