The role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our growing team to provide top-level assistance for high level executives. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive’s behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.

Important: You need to speak Russian/Ukrainian and English proficient. Candidates that don’t meet the criteria will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Calendar management for executives
• Aid executive in preparing for meetings
• Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
• Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives
• Managing executive’s family matters
• Travelling for business with the executive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
• Well-organised, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be fluent English, written and spoken
• Good to be fluent in Ukrainian/Russian
• 3+ years at a similar position

Key Responsibilities

Your tasks would include but not be limited to:

• Grow Partnerships with other guilds, games and metaverses
• Identify Play2Earn game projects that synergise with Liberty Gaming and the guild’s scholarship programs.
• Grow Liberty Gaming’s relationships with play-to-earn games, including fielding inbound requests from projects, reaching out to projects who we are interested in working with, and deepen current long-term relationships.
• Research and talk to projects to understand the economic models for their games to determine what value we can bring to them, as well as understand if the game fits Liberty Gaming’s scholarship programmes
• Be the face of Liberty Gaming and have on ground presence in Crypto events and meetups.
• Drive go-to-market strategies for new game partner launches. Work with operations and tech teams to bring the new scholarship programme into operation.
• Cultivate and communicate a deep understanding of Liberty Gaming’s community, opportunity, and purpose globally.
• Leverage quantitative and qualitative insights coupled with a deep understanding of both player behaviour and the play-to-earn ecosystem to deliver high ROI partnerships.

Your Background

To be considered for this role, you will need experience working in a similar role previously. Ideally you will meet the following criteria:

• 2+ years of blockchain, gaming or business leadership experience with a track record of success as a business development leader.
• Demonstrated experience defining, launching, and managing gaming partnerships.
• Deep understanding and insatiable curiosity of all things crypto gaming, blockchain and DeFi.
• Strong data-driven approach to building well-articulated business cases that catalyse new opportunities, with an appreciation for ROI, and operational requirements.
• Natural ability to work across functions and liaise between leadership teams to propose, persuade, and collaborate on strategic priorities.
• Excellent English communications skills (written & oral) to communicate complex issues and nuanced considerations clearly.
• Deep network of contacts amongst leaders in the crypto blockchain and Play2Earn industry

Responsibilities:

• Promote the Liberty Gaming brand globally among gamers, investors and brands
• Key PR promotional directions are: P2E at our Guild, NFT acquisition deals, Metaverse partnerships, B2B cooperation and gradual preparations for project’s TGE
• Сreate press releases, key messages and PR materials together with our Content team, and regularly update press kits
• Recognise the key needs of each campaign through direct interaction with the marketing team
• Conceptualise and execute offline events - expos, meet-ups, dinners with investors etc.
• Maintain strong media relations across different entities in all relevant markets
• Leverage existing relationships and build strong ties with key media partners, especially in SEA and LATAM
• Manage the project’s PR agency and ensure that all KPIs are being delivered

Requirements:

• Be able to commit to a certain number of earned PR materials monthly using your own media/journalists/KOLs contact base
• Proven PR experience with a long media contact list and launched campaigns in crypto
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency/blockchain-related terminologies and trends and interest in crypto media, especially in the GameFi sector
• Be able to work flexible and stretched hours to interact with the media as frequently as possible
• Native level English to be able to create texts
• Ability to manage sensitive PR issues, as well as neutralize potentially negative reports
• Proven portfolio of crypto PR activities will be a big plus
• Experience in launching crypto projects and their PR support a further bonus
