Workplace Operations Manager @ Ledger

Technicien(ne) de Test & Validation Hardware (f/h) @ Ledger
- Élaborer, maintenir et mettre en œuvre des procédures pour la mise à l’essai et la validation des produits Ledger.
- Exécuter le plan de test pour les produits Ledger.
- Fournir une analyse complète et détaillée des tests défaillants pour aider les équipes d’ingénierie à mieux comprendre les actions correctives à mettre en œuvre.
- Concevoir et développer des équipements et des outils de test automatisés pour les tests et la validation.
- Fournir une analyse des données pour identifier les tendances et les améliorations potentielles.
- Expérience confirmée des processus d’intégration, de développement et de validation du matériel.
- Connaissance pratique de l’équipement de vérification et de validation du matériel. Compétences fondamentales en EE et capacité d’examiner les schémas.
- Expérience pratique de l’utilisation d’équipements de laboratoire comme l’oscilloscope, l’analyseur de spectre, le fer à souder.
- Connaissance et expérience de travail dans le langage de programmation Python, C et SCPI est un plus.
- Analyse des données.
- L’anglais technique est un plus.

Senior Expert - Ecosystem Business Development @ Ledger

Sr. Lead IT Systems and Network Engineer (f/m) @ Ledger
- Network Management: Configure and maintain Cisco Meraki and Fortinet equipment, optimize firewalls and VPNs, and manage network performance.
- Systems Administration: Oversee Hyper-V environments, servers, and operating systems (Windows, Linux), and ensure regular backups.
- Technical Support: Provide Level 2/3 support, resolve incidents, and assist with IT projects.
- Endpoint Management: Manage MDM solutions for macOS (JAMF) and Windows (INTUNE).
- IT Security: Implement security policies, ensure compliance, and conduct regular audits.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor emerging tech and recommend infrastructure optimizations
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, networks, or systems engineering.
- 7+ years of experience in a similar role
- Experience with Cisco Meraki, Fortinet firewalls (FortiGate, FortiManager), and network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Proficiency in managing Hyper-V environments, Windows Server, Linux (Ubuntu), and MDM tools like JAMF and INTUNE.
- Familiarity with SaaS tools (Google Workspace, OKTA, Atlassian), monitoring systems (Nagios, NEMS), and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
- Certifications such as Cisco (CCNA, CCNP) and Fortinet (FortiGate) are a plus.
- Organized, team-oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills to simplify technical concepts.
- Proficiency in both French and English

- Revenue Maximisation

- Fluency in English is required; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.

- Support the FP&A team and be a key part in helping the growth of the business
- You will play a key role in supporting and expanding our use of Pigment (our financial planning and reporting tool), gaining valuable experience and work on various FP&A projects.
- Maintain data integrity and accuracy within Pigment
- Develop, automate, and customize dashboards in Pigment for the management team
- Participate in the complete monthly closing process, including verifying/cleaning accounting data and importing it into Pigment
- Prepare presentations for the Board of Investors

Firmware Engineer Intern (f/m) (6 months) @ Ledger
- Implement a formal proof of the design using a model checker. (ex: TLA+)
- Design, implement, and test a mechanism for distributing requests across a cluster of HSM nodes.
- Ensure the security of sensitive materials stored on the nodes throughout the consensus process.
- Analyze and optimize the performance of request distribution within the cluster.
- Currently pursuing studies in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Make use of Kubernetes leases to perform cloud-native elections
