This role is part of the Product Marketing team within the Global Communications team, which is responsible for Ledger’s consumer communication, defining our consumer strategy, articulating it through product marketing, brand experience, and education, and delivering it across different media and channels. The role reports into the Product Marketing Manager for Transactional Services, and works globally and cross-functionally to help the emerging millions of users join Web3 and use our transactional services into Ledger Live.

Your mission

• Support product marketing strategy & campaigns for transactional services available in Ledger Live: work on Go-To-Market plans, write content briefs for different promotional tools (emails, banners, website, content, …)
• Help to implement and follow up on campaigns and product launches with the different expert teams at Ledger (social, design, media, content, growth, CRM, globalization...) as well as external partners (coin foundations, crypto & NFTs Apps/services,...)
• Understand and learn about the environment: competition and market analysis & monitoring (brand, positioning, tone of voice, campaigns, contents, products) through social media, press reviews, news, websites… to help better position Ledger products & Brand on the market.
• Monitor campaigns and activations performance reports (revenues, traffic, awareness…) with the objective to optimize campaigns and bring recommendations for future actions. 
• Assist the Product Marketing team on the creation of strategic presentations and campaigns preparations to support their forthcoming activities.

As the Legal Intern, you will join a dynamic, diverse and experienced legal team, with a particular focus on supporting Ledger’s B2C business as a member of Ledger’s B2C Legal Team.

Your mission

• Draft and negotiate different contracts across a broad range of areas including marketing, sales, procurement, IP licensing and general commercial engagements with third parties.
• Support key projects and assist on the launch of new products and services.
• Perform legal research tasks.
• Assist on disputes and contentious matters.
• Assist on contract management-related and other critical legal processes, third-party on-boarding and other administrative tasks.
• Depending on business needs, you will be prepared to jump in and support across a wide range of areas in an industry that is constantly evolving.

What we're looking for

• You are a trainee lawyer and / or have a DJCE / Master II in business law or new technologies / multimedia law (ideally with a focus on commercial law, financial law, IP/IT law or distribution law)You already have previous meaningful internship experience in commercial law.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication, drafting and presentation skills in English, allowing you to interact with international teams on a daily basis and to work on matters in English.

Integrated into the Communications department, the Brand Experience team is in charge of bringing product and brand stories to life through campaigns, partnerships, collaborations and IRL activations. Our goal is to build the brand and create demand, positioning Ledger at the forefront of the cultural movement and increase awareness and strengthen Ledger’s cultural footprint inside and outside the crypto ecosystem. As a Brand Experience Intern, you’ll be focused on supporting the existing team working on custom Ledger product collaborations and partnerships.

Your missions:

• Project management:
• Support on internal project management: manage collaborations project and be a point of contact between all the internal stakeholders from the beginning to the end of a collaboration
• In charge of following the delivery timeline (with the internal stakeholders) until delivery of the project
• Help improve operational processes and create key documentation such as deck, roadmap, one-pager, design drive folder, to share with the partner as well as to communicate to the overall communications team
• Internal and external partner relationship:
• Support on external partner relationship management: in charge of follow-up with the partners, ensuring back and forth communications
• Support in synchronizing and updating with the rest of the communications team (content, social etc.)
• Liaise with business, legal, finance, and production departments to ensure every new project is released according to best practices
• Strategy Support:
• Support in defining component of the different partnership, proactivity in suggesting new activations
• Support on comms plan for collab releases 
• Monitor emerging trends in comms, web3 and cultural marketing, cryptocurrencies adoption, blockchain in general
• Track performance for each collab launch, and define post-launch sustain plan in order to reach sold-out

Your main responsibilities will be :

• Deliver insights to drive product and business decisions
• Build and support dashboards to make data accessible to numerous stakeholders
• Take ownership of tracking strategy for Ledger Live and ensure data sanity
• Specify and drive research initiatives such as AB testing, funnel evaluation and other experiments
• Collaborate with Product Managers to specify features and ensure success metrics are controlled and reviewed
• Make the best use of the rest of the data team resources from data engineers to data scientist to crack complex problems
• Participate in key product team meetings to deliver insights and reality checks while capturing data-related opportunities
• Contribute to an “Always Be Testing” and data-oriented culture within the product team.

What we are looking for:

• You have an Engineering profile and you are in your final year of studies. You had done your 1st internship in data science/ modeling.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and data modeling - Python and DBT are a plus.
• Ability to understand and report on complex technical issues.
• Experience with AB Testing is a plus Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau) is a plus.
• Experience with product analytics tools (Mixpanel) is a plus.
• Outstanding written and verbal skills in English (French is a plus).
• Knowledge about crypto is a plus.
