Developer Relations Specialist @ Interop Labs
- Serve as a primary technical point of contact for developers, providing support and troubleshooting assistance.
- Contribute to Axelar’s codebase, improving tools and resources for developers.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, tutorials, and guides to facilitate developer onboarding.
- Collaborate with the Developer Experience team to identify pain points and enhance Axelar’s developer tools and resources.
- Engage with the developer community through forums, events, and social platforms to gather feedback and foster strong relationships.

- 3+ years of experience in a Developer Relations role within Web3.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible content.

Full Stack Engineer @ Interop Labs
- Redesign the code structure of the ITS Portal to support cross-chain integrations, optimizing for scalability and maintainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure seamless integration with Axelar’s blockchain infrastructure.
- Implement and enhance UX/UI to create intuitive and user-friendly developer tools.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for both frontend and backend systems.
- Perform contract calls and integrate Solidity smart contracts into the ITS Portal.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and maintain existing code to ensure reliability and performance.
- Stay updated with the latest Web3 technologies and trends, applying them to enhance Axelar’s developer tools.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer within Web3.
- Experience and familiarity with DeFi products.
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js, Node.js) and backend technologies.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, with the ability to deliver polished, user-centric interfaces.
- Proven experience in fast-paced, startup environments, with the ability to adapt and deliver.

Backend Reliability Engineer @ Interop Labs
- Reliability: Broadening and deepening observability as necessary to proactively identify functional and reliability issues, coming up with long-term solutions while also mitigating short-term impact.
- Diagnostics: Doing detective work investigating cross-chain and single-chain workflows, understanding complex behaviours and inventing optimal tweaks or improvements.
- Network Liveness: Our team builds and operates the execution layer of the Axelar Network - we are responsible for ensuring every transaction on the network is delivered quickly and reliably.
- System Implementation: Build highly reliable and scalable backend components for blockchain indexing and cross-chain protocols. Develop microservices that operate across diverse execution environments, including Kubernetes and AWS Lambdas.
- Distributed Systems: Leverage your expertise in distributed systems to ensure fault tolerance, graceful failure handling, and transparent recovery across our services.
- Strong experience working with distributed systems at scale.
- Deep knowledge of fault tolerance in distributed systems and building software that fails gracefully and recovers transparently.
- Experience working with distributed messaging frameworks (RabbitMQ, AMPQ, or similar) and message driven applications.
- Experience building and orchestrating microservices running in different execution environments like Kubernetes and AWS lambdas.
- We use GoLang, Terraform, AWS in our day-to-day work. You may not be an expert with all of these technologies, but we are looking for somebody with strong skills with some of them or with transferable experience.

Blockchain Operations Engineer @ Interop Labs
- Manage releases and rollout upgrades to the network in collaboration with our validators.
- Develop and iterate on tooling around network deployment, monitoring, security and other network ops related functions.
- Drive governance of the network including the delegation program.
- Strengthen our security posture and refining protocols for offline signing.
- Improve the infrastructure and deployment to improve team’s agility and velocity.
- Improve and iterate on internal tooling that our protocol engineers use to develop new features.
- Good understanding of cryptography.
- Scripting and tooling experience preferably in Javascript/Golang.
- Experience managing a blockchain network and coordinating upgrades.
