- Developer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with developers, dApp teams, and ecosystem partners to promote engagement, collaboration, and integration with the DeFi platform.
- Technical Support: Provide prompt and effective technical support to developers by troubleshooting issues, answering technical queries, and assisting with integration challenges .
- Developer Enablement: Create and deliver comprehensive technical documentation, tutorials, sample code, and other resources to empower developers to build on the DeFi platform.
- Developer Education: Conduct workshops, webinars, and training sessions to educate developers about the capabilities, features, and best practices of the DeFi platform.
- Community Advocacy: Act as a trusted advocate for the developer community, gathering feedback, identifying pain points, and working closely with internal teams to prioritize and address developer needs.
- Developer Feedback Loop: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to gather developer feedback, identify areas for improvement, and influence product roadmap decisions.
- Events and Conferences: Represent the company at industry conferences, hackathons, and meetups, showcasing the DeFi platform and fostering relationships with developers and community members.
- Developer Onboarding: Design and execute developer onboarding programs to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for new developers joining the DeFi ecosystem.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align developer relations initiatives with the overall business strategy and drive developer adoption.
- Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and provide strategic insights to the team.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in the DeFi industry.
- Strong expertise of smart contract development, blockchain protocols, and ecosystem tools.
- Familiarity with Coswasm would be highly desirable
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven experience in developer relations, technical evangelism, or a similar role, with a track record of successfully driving developer adoption an engagement.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with developers, community members, and ecosystem partners.
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Familiarity with decentralized finance concepts, protocols, and emerging trends.
- Experience in organizing and conducting developer-focused events, workshops, or training sessions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
- Passion for decentralized technologies and their potential to transform traditional financial systems.

- Maintain and ensure infrastructure availability and system performance
- Optimize system and scalability
- Response to incidents and identify potential issues in a timely manner
- Deploy and operate Kubernetes cluster
- 3+ years of Infrastructure Engineering experience
- Strong cloud platforms experience (AWS, GPC, Azure Cloud)
- Ethereum, Tendermint, Cosmos blockchain experience essential
- Must be fluent and experienced operating production-quality Kubernetes clusters, experience in large-scale cluster operation is a plus.
- Experienced in deploying, operating, monitoring, optimizing and troubleshooting large scale infrastructure.
- Experience with Docker runtime, Linux kernel is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD).

- 6 years + experience in software engineering, with a minimum of 3 years within the Web3/ blockchain space
- 2 years in a managerial position, ideally within a remote team
- Experience in a start up/ scale up environment
- Practical experience in JS / TS, Python, GoLang, RUST or other programming languages;
- Strong critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills;
- Excellent communication and time management skills, and the ability to work effectively with others;
- Demonstrated experience within people management, including leading, mentoring, motivating and hiring a team of talented engineers;
- Master degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Deep understanding of systems, blockchain primitives, and applied cryptography, knowledge of the DeFi and wider blockchain ecosystem and key protocols on Ethereum and other blockchains.

- Work with cross functional teams from around the world to build and enhance features for Injective Protocol
- Create and maintain the roadmap/milestones with strategic priorities in mind
- Deliver detailed product requirement documents and design; propose implementation plans; iterate on feedback; and ship products in a timely manner
- Interview and interact with the community to ensure their needs are met
- Manage the entire product life cycle and drive product development with engineering team
- Prioritize initiatives and projects appropriately
- Perform market research and analysis
- 3+ years of product management experience or equivalent
- Experience in shipping and iterating on software or financial products at scale
- Strong ownership with a focus on getting things done autonomously
- Strong analytical skills and able to use data to drive decisions and improve products
- The ability to collaborate well with designers and engineers
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization and prioritization skills
- Proficient in English
- Project Management experience is extremely advantageous
- Experience in blockchain especially within the Cosmos ecosystem is highly preferred

- Develop and implement statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and other quantitative methodologies
- Conduct research and statistical analysis to identify market opportunities and drive protocol decisions
- Lead research efforts to improve signals, across a wide range of DeFi products and technologies Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team of developers, engineers, product managers and leadership to evolve and execute the product roadmap in a time efficient manner.
- Run simulations and estimate market impact of quantitative models, for both liquid and illiquid assets
- M.S or Ph.D. degree in Math, Statistics, Physics or related field
- 1 to 5 years quantitative research/analysis experience
- Proficiency in creating and using algorithms to meticulously investigate and work through large data or error-checking problems
- Ability to write and implement statistical ideas in Python, R, C++, or related program
