High sales commission % + Equity $3k-$5k month

Your Responsibility is straightforward, increase adoption, TVL and transaction volume.

We are looking for an expert-level founding member to lead all customer-facing efforts.

Your experience:

• 5+ Years in crypto
• 5+ Years in a leadership/ Executive role
• 5+ Years in Marketing/ Advertisement
• Previous experience leading a DEFI orgs
• Tangible results increasing adoption, TVL, and social awareness
